Free Google review link generator
Evoriqa's free Google review link generator turns your Place ID or review link into one link that opens your Google review box. Copy it, test it, then use three plain messages to ask customers for an honest review by SMS, email or WhatsApp. It runs in your browser, and nothing you paste is sent anywhere.
Your review link
Paste your Place ID or review link. Your link appears here, ready to copy.
Ask for the review
Three plain messages. Swap [name] for the customer’s name before you send. They offer nothing in return and go to every customer.

How to find your Place ID or review link
Checked against Google's own help pages in October 2026. Menus change, so follow your screen if a label differs.
From your Business Profile
- Go to your Business Profile at business.google.com.
- Select Read Reviews, then Get more reviews.
- To copy the review link, select Copy.
Google lists steps for a computer only. Its page says the QR code can only be made in a computer browser.
Google Business Profile Help: create a link or QR code to request reviews
With a Place ID
- Open Google’s Place ID Finder.
- Search for your business and select it.
- Copy the place ID shown in the info window, then paste it above.
Use this when you do not manage the profile.
If you only have a short link
A maps.app.goo.gl link from the Share button cannot be turned into a review link without a lookup on Google’s side. This tool does not guess. Use one of the two routes beside this one.
A Maps link that holds query_place_id works too.
How to make a Google review link
- 01
Find your Place ID or review link
The best source is your own Business Profile. If you do not manage the profile, use Google's Place ID Finder. The guide below has both. - 02
Paste it into the box
The tool checks what you pasted and builds the review link. A Place ID or a g.page review link works. A short maps.app.goo.gl link does not. - 03
Open the link to test it
Open the link on your phone before you share it. It should show the review box for your business. A customer may need to sign in to a Google account to post. - 04
Ask every customer the same way
Copy the SMS, email or WhatsApp message and swap [name] for the customer's name. Offer nothing in return, and ask everyone, not just the happy ones.
What Google's rules say about asking
Checked against Google's Maps contributed content policy in October 2026. The messages above are written to follow it.
- No incentives. Merchants may not offer payment, discounts or free goods or services in exchange for a review.
- No picking who to ask. Merchants may not selectively solicit positive reviews or discourage negative ones.
- No pressure. Do not require or pressure customers to leave a review while on the premises.
- No scripts for the content. Do not request that specific content be included, such as a staff name.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get a Google review link?
Sign in to your Business Profile at business.google.com. Select Read Reviews, then Get more reviews, then Copy. Paste the link into the box above to check it.
What is a Place ID and where do I find it?
A Place ID is a text code that identifies one place on Google Maps. Search for your business in Google's Place ID Finder and copy the ID it shows. Many start with ChIJ.
Why does my maps.app.goo.gl link not work?
A short share link hides the place behind a redirect. Turning it into a review link needs a lookup on Google's side, which this tool does not make. Use your Place ID or the Business Profile link instead.
Can I give a discount or prize for a review?
No. Google's policy says merchants may not offer payment, discounts or free goods or services in exchange for a review. It also covers asking a customer to change or remove one.
Can I ask only the customers who were happy?
No. Google's policy says merchants may not selectively solicit positive reviews. Send the same plain request to every customer, and ask for honest feedback.
Is the link I paste or my business name saved?
No. Everything is worked out in your browser, and nothing is sent or stored. Site analytics records only which kind of link you pasted and which message you copied, never the link or the name.
Does Google document these link formats?
No. The help pages we checked in October 2026 do not spell out the g.page or writereview link shapes. The g.page link is what Google's own Copy button gives. Test any link once before you print or send it.
Is this tool affiliated with Google?
No. Evoriqa is not affiliated with Google. The steps and rules on this page follow Google's own help pages as checked in October 2026.
