What does the Missed-Message Audit check?
It checks your homepage for five things: website chat, a WhatsApp link, an Instagram link, online booking and opening hours. Each one found adds a point.
Why couldn't the audit read my site?
Some sites block automated visits, answer too slowly or aren't plain web pages. The audit stops after 8 seconds and never tries to get past bot protection.
Does it check every page?
No. It reads your homepage only, as your server sends it. A chat that loads after a click, or links on other pages, won't show up.
Do you keep my website or the page?
No. Our server reads the homepage for each check, and again if you email yourself the report. It keeps nothing. Analytics records only that an audit ran and its score, never the address.
How many audits can I run?
Ten a day from one connection. The limit stops anyone using the tool to fetch other people's pages in bulk.
Is a low score bad?
Not on its own. It shows where a customer may not find a quick way to reach you. Add the channels your own customers use.
What happens if I email myself the report?
We check the site again and send the report once, to the address you type. We don't add you to a mailing list.
