White-label AI agents: $8.30 per client. Sell at $300.
Evoriqa is a white-label AI agent platform for agencies: branded client workspaces, one pooled credit balance with a spend cap per client, a reseller console, and billing on your own Stripe. Growth gives you 30 branded client workspaces for $249/mo, $8.30 of platform cost per client. You set the price. Charge $300 each and thirty clients are $9,000/mo on $249 of platform.
Your brand, your domain, your pricing, your customers. Evoriqa stays invisible: we contract with your agency, never with your clients, and your clients never see or contact us.

Evoriqa is a white-label AI customer-support platform agencies resell under their own brand, with branded client workspaces, one pooled AI-credit budget with a per-client spend cap, and reseller plans from $79/mo.

Reseller console — demo data
Your brand on the dashboard, the widget & supported email domains
See the live console →A recurring line you can add to every retainer
AI support is something you can configure once, present as your own, and bill monthly, next to the sites and campaigns you already manage.
Recurring, not another project
Support runs every month, so it bills every month. It sits alongside the retainers you already invoice instead of competing with project work.
Closer to the client's business
The agent lives on the site you built and answers from the knowledge you curate, which keeps you in the conversations their customers are having.
Delivery without new headcount
One console runs every client, so the tenth workspace costs you configuration time rather than another hire.
The surfaces your clients use carry your brand
Your logo and colors on the dashboard and the widget, your domain, your sender address. We stay the supplier behind your agency rather than a name in front of your clients.
Your brand, front and center
Logo, colors, greeting, and theme across the client dashboard and the chat widget on their site. The chat widget on your client's site carries your name, and can drop the badge entirely on plans with branding removal.
Supported custom domains
Serve the app and the widget from a domain you control, so day-to-day work happens on your URL.
Branded email sending
Notification and transactional email goes out under your sender name and address on supported domains — or through your own provider account, so it leaves your infrastructure, not ours.
One console for every client
Provision workspaces, manage roles and seats, and review usage from a single agency login.
Pooled AI credits
One monthly credit pool shared across clients, with a spend cap on each individual workspace.
Support stays yours
Your clients never see or contact Evoriqa — support requests for their workspaces come to you. We stay the supplier behind you, including in support.
White-label AI agents for agencies, in plain terms
What is branded, what your clients see, what it costs, and how you bill.
What is branded. The client dashboard, the chat widget, your domain and the sender address all carry your name. Evoriqa is the supplier behind your agency, never a label in front of your clients.
What clients see. Your clients sign in to your product, get support from you, and never see or contact Evoriqa. The chat widget on their site carries your name, not a “Powered by” line.
How clients arrive. Provision each workspace yourself, or switch on self-serve sign-up and let clients create their own on your domain. Either way the workspace is theirs to own and yours to run: you keep read-only access to every client without taking a seat. Until you open it, your portal is invite-only, and an account created inside it can never sign in on evoriqa.com.
What it costs. Reseller plans start at $79/mo and scale by client seats and pooled credits. You set your own client prices; the margin calculator shows what you keep.
How you bill. Bill clients on your own Stripe — your plans, your prices, your payouts — or handle it however you already invoice. See how Evoriqa compares to other white-label AI support platforms.
Run every client from one console
The plan you're on, the credits left in the pool, and the client workspaces drawing on it, without switching logins.
From new client to live agent
The same four steps for every account, run from the agency console.
Create the workspace
Add a client from the agency console, name their workspace, and decide how much of the credit pool it may draw.
Apply your branding
Set your agency's logo, colors, and sender details once — every client workspace, dashboard, and email inherits your white-label automatically.
Load their knowledge
Crawl the client's site, upload their documents, add Q&A pairs, then review the answers in the Playground before anything goes public.
Hand over access
The client gets an invite to take ownership of the workspace, while you keep seatless read-only access to it — you never appear on their team. Invite their staff with the roles you choose, or keep it fully managed and report on it yourself.
Hand a client read-only access without giving up control
Invite a client's team as read-only viewers: they can watch conversations and claim one to reply, while you keep configuration, knowledge, and billing.
- By default the client owns the workspace and you hold a read-only view of every client from your console — no seat taken, never on their team
- Viewers see conversations but can't change the agent or its knowledge
- A viewer can claim a conversation and reply when a human is needed
- You keep provisioning, branding, credits, and spend caps
- The clean handover story for a managed-service engagement
One pool, one cap per client
Your plan buys a monthly pool of AI credits. You decide how much of it each client workspace may draw, and the console shows what is left.
- Every client workspace draws from the same monthly pool
- A per-client spend cap stops one busy account draining the rest
- Usage alerts fire as a workspace approaches its cap
- The remaining pool balance is visible in the console at any time
- Buy a one-time top-up pack or move to a larger plan when the client mix changes
Credit allowances are set by your plan and reset at the start of each billing cycle — unspent pool credit and unspent hand-allocated client credit both expire at the reset. A purchased top-up pack is the exception: it never expires — in the pool, on a client you hand-allocate it to, or when it funds an own-Stripe client’s plan.
Start every client from a template, not a blank page
Open each new client on a built-in industry template — a tuned persona, a sample FAQ, and a starter knowledge base — then adapt it to their business.
Industry templates
Open a new client on a built-in template for their vertical — a tuned persona, a sample FAQ, and a starter knowledge base — instead of a blank workspace.
Sample content, ready to edit
Each template seeds FAQ and policy docs flagged 'edit me', so you keep what fits the client, rewrite the rest, and publish.
One starting baseline
Every client opens from the same template, so the starting quality stays consistent as your team and client book grow.
Ways agencies can package it
Three shapes to start from. We deliberately don't publish a suggested client price: what the service is worth depends on your market and the scope you wrap around it.
Add-on to an existing retainer
Bundle a branded agent into the care plan you already bill, with an uplift covering the workspace and your review time.
Managed support service
A standalone monthly fee for the workspace, knowledge upkeep, escalation rules, and a monthly conversation report.
Build fee plus monthly
Bill the build once — knowledge, branding, actions, testing — then a smaller recurring fee to keep it running.

Get paid on your own Stripe
Your clients pay you directly, on your own Stripe account, at prices you set. A paid invoice applies that client's limits and draws their AI credits from your pool — no manual allocation step.
Connect your Stripe account
Paste your own secret key and webhook signing secret behind a step-up check. Both are encrypted at rest, and a test-mode key is refused on a live deployment.
Publish your own client plans
Set each plan's price, the AI credits it carries, and the chatbot, seat and knowledge-source limits it grants. Creating one provisions the product and prices on your Stripe.
Send a checkout link, or let them self-serve
Copy a link for one client and one plan, or leave it to them: a client of a Stripe-connected provider sees your plan grid on their own billing page.
A paid invoice does the rest
Their limits apply and that plan's credits are allocated from your pool. If the pool is short the balance is pinned and finishes the moment you top it up.
Available on any active reseller plan. Your own reseller plan is still billed by us; this is how you bill your clients. How own-Stripe billing works
Estimate the margin before you sell it
Revenue minus your plan fee, using numbers you enter. The calculator runs on our published list prices, with nothing benchmarked against other agencies.
- You set the client price; the calculator simply starts from a hypothetical $99 per client per month
- Your platform cost is the monthly plan fee, whatever the client mix
- Per-client spend caps keep one heavy workspace from eating the margin
- Add clients up to your plan's workspace allowance without renegotiating
Hypothetical month · Accelerator · 10 clients
- You bill · 10 × $99/mo (your number)
- $990
- Your plan · Accelerator (list price)
- - $149
- You keep
- $841/mo
An estimate built on the calculator's starting inputs, not a market rate or a customer result. The $99 is a placeholder you choose; your own pricing, client count, and usage decide the outcome.
Know your numbers on every client
The calculator estimates a deal before you sell it. Once a client is live, the console tracks the real margin — and hands you a report to renew on.
Per-client margin · illustrative
| Client | You bill | Margin |
|---|---|---|
| Acme Co | $299/mo | 71% |
| Bloom Studio | $99/mo | 14% |
| Just onboarded | — | — |
A client under 20% margin turns amber and emails the org owner once — re-armed when you edit the billed amount. No billed amount recorded shows “—”, never a fake 100%.
A margin column on every client row
Record what you bill each client and the console does the arithmetic against your pooled-plan rate, live — no spreadsheet to keep.
- Record what you bill in Edit limits → “You bill / month”
- Each row shows this month's COGS at your paid pool rate — voice included, the same ledger
- Net margin %: red under water, amber under 20%, beside a 7-day burn sparkline
- Drop under 20% and the org owner gets one email a month, re-armed when you edit the billed amount
- No billed amount recorded shows “—”, never a fake 100%
Client ROI report, on demand
Every client row has an ROI report link — the case for the renewal, in the numbers the agent actually moved.
- One link per client row opens their full analytics — cost and hours saved, deflection, CSAT, leads, appointments
- The same live figures your weekly digest emails, pulled on demand
- Export CSV, or a PDF in your own brand to hand the client at renewal
- Live AI QA scores on every client's answers — walk into the renewal with measured quality, not a vendor's claimed resolution rate
- Org-gated: you see every resold client; the client never sees the reseller view
How agency onboarding works
Four steps from signing up to a repeatable, branded client workspace — all of it self-service.
Create your account
Sign up free, then pick the reseller plan whose credit pool and workspace allowance match the clients you intend to bring on first.
Set up your brand
Your logo, colors, supported custom domain, and sender details — configured once, before any client sees the platform.
Build your first client workspace
Add that client's knowledge, connect their channels, and set the actions the agent may take. Save it as your template.
Clone it for every client after
Each new workspace opens from your template with a spend cap of its own, so quality and cost stay predictable as the book grows.
Pooled plans, priced in the open
Each plan carries a monthly AI-credit pool, a branded client-workspace allowance, and an org-wide knowledge-source limit. Billed monthly with no minimum term, or up to 20% less on annual billing. What you charge each client is yours to decide.

Who owns what
Every client workspace is isolated from the others, the data inside it belongs to your client, and your agency stays the contracting party throughout.
- Strict per-workspace tenant isolation between every client
- Export or delete a client's data when the engagement ends
- Per-workspace retention windows with automatic purge
- We don't train foundation models on your clients' content
- Audit logs record who did what, in which workspace

Agency questions
How the white-label program, the credit pool, and the plans actually work.
Can I sell this under my own brand?
Yes. The client dashboard and the chat widget carry your logo, colors, and theme, notification email goes out under your sender details, and the app and widget can be served from a supported custom domain. Evoriqa contracts with your agency, not with your clients.
Will my clients ever see 'Powered by Evoriqa'?
Not if you don't want them to. On an active reseller plan you rebrand the badge to your own name across every client workspace, and on client plans you assign with branding removal it is hidden entirely. The default is the Evoriqa line, so set your branding before you hand over the first workspace.
How do pooled AI credits work across clients?
Your plan includes one monthly credit pool. Every client workspace draws from it, and you set a spend cap per workspace so a single client cannot consume the pool. The remaining balance is visible in the agency console, and the allowance resets each billing cycle — unspent pool credit doesn't carry over, and the unspent credit you hand-allocated to a client is swept back at the same reset. Clients you bill through your own Stripe reset on their own invoice instead. Purchased top-up packs are the exception: they never expire — in the pool, once you hand-allocate them to a client, or when they fund an own-Stripe client's plan.
What happens when a client approaches their cap?
Usage alerts fire as a workspace nears its cap. You can raise that client's cap out of the credits still in the pool, buy a one-time top-up pack straight into your pool, or move to a larger plan.
How many client workspaces do I get?
Workspaces are allocated per plan (Freelancer 5, Accelerator 15, Growth 30, Pro 70). Enterprise has no fixed cap on client workspaces, and the pooled credit and knowledge-source allowances apply on every plan.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. What you charge each client is entirely your decision; your cost is the monthly plan fee. The agency margin calculator does the arithmetic on our published list prices using numbers you enter.
Do I have to provision every client by hand?
No. Once your domain is live you can switch on self-serve sign-up and clients create their own workspace on it — they verify an email branded for you, the workspace opens under your org with a Client-owned badge, and it uses one of your client seats. You hold no seat on it — you get a notification and read-only access instead. Sign-ups close automatically when you're out of client seats or knowledge-source headroom. A sign-up that is never verified is deleted after seven days and the seat comes back. Leave the switch off and the portal stays invite-only, which is the default.
Could a client of mine end up signing in to Evoriqa instead?
No. Sign-in is bound to the host, so an account that exists only as your client is refused on our platform login and pointed back at your domain. On your domain, only your organization's people can sign in, reset a password or request a verification link — and if a self-serve client ever deletes their account, their workspace is handed back to you rather than lost.
Who supports my agency, and who supports my clients?
You support your clients — they never see or contact Evoriqa, so every request for their workspaces stays with you under your own brand. We support your agency directly: open a request with our team from your own dashboard any time, with live chat available on eligible reseller plans when it's enabled on yours.
Is the agency program available today?
Yes. Create an account, choose a reseller plan from your dashboard, and the white-label console is yours the same day — no sales call, no waiting list. Reseller plans start at $79/mo, and a custom plan is available if the published tiers do not fit your client book.
How do my clients pay me?
On your own Stripe account. Connect it once from the reseller console, publish client plans at your own prices, then either send a client a checkout link or let them subscribe themselves from their billing page — either way the money lands in your Stripe, not ours. The moment an invoice is paid, that plan's limits apply to the client's workspace and its AI credits are allocated from your pool automatically, so there is no manual allocation step. Connecting Stripe and creating plans need an active reseller plan; your own reseller plan is still billed by us. Client checkout carries none of our tax settings, so your own Stripe tax setup is what applies.
What happens if a client refunds or disputes a charge?
Their unspent allocated credits return to your pool — never more than they still hold, so a partly consumed grant cannot push the ledger negative — and you get a notification. If you later win the dispute, or the funds are reinstated, exactly what was clawed back is restored. Cancelling a subscription clears that client's limit overrides so they fall back to their base workspace plan, but credits they already paid for stay theirs.
Can I take credits back from a client?
Yes. You can reclaim a client's unspent credit to your pool at any time — but only the credit that came from your pool in the first place. Credit a client bought themselves is never touched, and any amount reserved for an in-flight conversation stays with them, so a live chat can't be cut off mid-answer.
What happens to my clients if my reseller plan lapses?
Your existing clients keep serving — their bots answer and your branding and domain hold through a 30-day grace window. What pauses is client management: while lapsed you can't add clients, delete them, move credits, or add knowledge sources. Re-subscribe and it all resumes.
