For agencies
A white-label AI receptionist your agency sells under its own name
Evoriqa’s white-label AI receptionist is a phone agent you resell to your clients as your own product: each client gets a branded workspace, their own number and greeting, answers from their own content, bookings on their calendar and a warm transfer to their team. You run every client from one console, draw voice minutes and chat from one pooled credit balance with a spend cap per client, and bill on your own Stripe at the price you set.

What your client gets
A finished receptionist, in their name, on the day you switch it on.
- Their own phone number and greeting, in their name
- Answers from their own website, docs and FAQs
- Bookings on their connected Cal.com or Calendly calendar
- Warm transfer to their team, with the context already gathered
- Every call as a transcript in a branded inbox
- The same agent on SMS, WhatsApp and web chat
- Your branding on the dashboard, widget, domain and emails
- The Evoriqa name nowhere they look
What you pay, what you charge
The platform cost is a line you can read before you quote.
Growth is $249/mo for 30 client seats: $8.30 of platform cost per client. Voice minutes draw from the same pooled credit balance as chat at roughly 2,500 credits a minute, and every client workspace has a spend cap you set, so one busy client cannot eat the pool you priced the rest of your book against. You set the price your clients pay. The agency margin calculator shows what you keep at your prices, and the reseller plans are published in full.
How it fits with SaaS Mode
Brand the console, provision a client, set a spend cap, connect a number, and bill through your own Stripe.
The receptionist is one channel inside the platform you resell. SaaS Mode gives your clients a branded portal, self-serve signup and checkout on your Stripe; the agency launch package sets the whole thing up for you.
Live for a client in an afternoon
Four steps, the same for every account, run from the agency console.
- Step 1
Brand the workspace
Logo, colours, your domain and sender address, once per client.
- Step 2
Connect a number
Add a voice channel, set the transfer-to line, and forward the client's existing number.
- Step 3
Load their knowledge
Crawl their site, upload documents, add the FAQs their callers actually ask.
- Step 4
Set the spend cap
Decide how much of your pooled credit balance this client may draw each month.
Frequently asked questions
Which reseller plans include the AI receptionist?
Every plan. The phone agent is never gated to a top tier and is not a separate product: it uses the same knowledge base, the same actions and the same pooled credits as the chat agent in each client workspace.
Does my client ever see Evoriqa?
No. The dashboard, the widget, the domain and the sender address carry your brand, and the phone greeting is in the client's name. Evoriqa stays the supplier behind your agency.
How are voice minutes billed to a client?
They draw from your pooled credit balance at roughly 2,500 credits per minute, and each client workspace has a spend cap you set. What you charge the client is yours to decide — the platform cost stays behind the scenes.
Can the client keep their existing phone number?
Yes. They forward their existing line to the agent's number, so callers dial the number they already know and the agent picks up. Nothing changes for their daytime staff.
Can I bill clients through my own Stripe?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account, publish your plans at your prices, and a paid invoice applies that plan's limits and allocates its credits from your pool automatically. Available on any active reseller plan.
