Frequently asked questions
Can clients sign themselves up, or do I invite every one?
Either way. Once your domain is live you can switch on self-serve sign-up, and a visitor creates their own client workspace on your domain — no provisioning step on your side. You take no seat on it — you get a notification and read-only access — and it uses one of your client seats. Leave the switch off and your portal stays invite-only: no sign-up link, and the sign-up page redirects to login unless the visitor carries a live invite.
Can one of my clients sign in on evoriqa.com?
No. Sign-in is bound to the host at the API, not just hidden in the interface. An account that exists only as your client is refused on our platform login and told where it belongs — “Your account is at your-domain. Sign in there.” On your domain, only your organization’s people can sign in, reset a password or request a verification link; everyone else gets the same response as a wrong password, so nothing leaks about accounts elsewhere.
Whose Stripe account do clients pay through?
Yours. You connect your own Stripe account, publish your plans, and generate checkout links your clients pay through. The payment goes to your account and you keep every payout — Evoriqa does not sit between you and your client's card.
Are my Stripe keys safe?
Yes. Your Stripe keys are encrypted at rest, like every other credential in the platform, so connecting your account to run your own checkout does not expose it.
Do my clients ever see Evoriqa?
