Message floors are guaranteed on standard settings: default model routing on text channels. A message there uses roughly 35–61AI credits, so every published floor is computed at the worst-case burn — most workspaces land well above it. Premium models, voice minutes, and agentic actions consume credits from the same pool at the rates in the table below, and knowledge ingestion and message classification draw from it too — a large or frequently re-crawled knowledge base consumes credits beyond message count.

How do AI credits work?
Every paid plan guarantees a message floor on standard settings — Starter 2,400+, Pro 16,000+, Business 65,000+ — and most workspaces get well beyond it. Behind the guarantee is a monthly pool of AI credits (Starter 150k, Pro 1M, Business 4M): a chat or email message on standard settings uses roughly 35–61 credits, an agentic action about 25, and voice about 400 per minute — the full burn table is on the pricing page. Standard settings means the default model routing on text channels; premium models, voice minutes, and agentic actions draw from the same pool at those published rates. Per-workspace spend caps mean costs never surprise you.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted: your agent keeps capturing conversations and hands them off to your team. Buy a one-time top-up pack (from $29 for 150,000 credits) or upgrade any time — top-ups cost the same per-credit rate as your plan, so there's never an overage penalty — and your monthly allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.
What does founding pricing mean?
Your tier's price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active. As we grow, prices rise for new customers — yours never does. Upgrades simply move you to the then-current price of the higher tier.
Can I save with annual billing?
Yes. Paying yearly saves about 20% on Starter, Pro, and Business compared with paying month to month.
Can I remove Evoriqa branding?
The 'Powered by Evoriqa' badge is removable on Pro and Business. Full white-label, meaning your own domain, branded emails, and multi-client workspaces, is part of the reseller plans.
What does the Free plan include?
One chatbot, 50 messages a month, and one knowledge source — enough to see how the agent answers on your own content before you pay anything. No credit card, and you can upgrade the moment you outgrow it.
Do you offer an agency / reseller plan?
Yes. Reseller plans start at $79/mo (Freelancer, 5 client workspaces) and include full white-label, multi-client workspaces, and a shared AI-credit pool. Create your account, then pick a reseller plan from your dashboard — see the for-agencies page for how the program works.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like — no lock-in. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current billing period, and the Free plan is there to try everything before you pay.
Do you offer custom plans?

How are reseller plans billed?
Reseller plans are billed monthly: Freelancer $79, Accelerator $149, Growth $249, Pro $499, and Enterprise $999, each with a pooled credit allowance and a set number of branded client workspaces. You can cancel anytime, and custom pools beyond Enterprise are available through sales.
