The Best White-Label AI Support for Agencies

We build Evoriqa, so let's get the obvious bias out of the way first: we are on this list. We have tried to keep every entry honest — real strengths, and a plain "who it's best for" even when that answer is not us. If you are an agency deciding which AI support tool to put your name on and resell, the goal here is to help you choose well, not to pretend there is only one option worth considering.

What white-label AI support actually has to do

Before the shortlist, it helps to agree on what you are buying. For an agency reselling AI support, three things matter more than raw feature count:

  • Isolated client workspaces. Each client's chatbot, knowledge, and conversations stay separate. One client can never see another's data, and you can brand each one as your own product.
  • Pooled credits with per-client caps. You want one usage allowance for your whole book of business, with a spend cap on each client so a single busy account cannot quietly eat your margin.
  • Resale under your brand. Your logo, your domain, your pricing. The platform vendor stays invisible to your clients, and they contract with you.

Beyond those, a practical buyer's checklist: answers grounded in the client's own content with inspectable sources, a way to test changes before customers see them, an omnichannel inbox, a voice option if your clients take calls, published pricing you can build a margin on, and GDPR tooling for export and erasure. Weigh each tool below against that list rather than a glossy feature grid.

The shortlist

Evoriqa — best for agencies reselling grounded support, with voice and per-client caps

Full disclosure again: this is our platform. Evoriqa is a white-label AI support layer, not a full CRM or marketing suite. Every answer is grounded in the client's own content and traceable to the source it came from, so you can show a client exactly why the agent said what it said. You can run eval cases before you ship a change and catch a regression before a client's customers do, and the same agent answers the phone as a voice agent. Each client gets an isolated workspace with your branding on a custom domain, and every workspace draws from one credit pool with its own spend cap. GDPR export and erasure are built in.

Pick Evoriqa if AI support quality is the product you are selling and you want the reseller mechanics — pooled credits, per-client caps, custom-domain branding, and a voice agent — as first-class parts of the platform rather than paid extras. If you also need funnels, email marketing, and a full sales CRM in the same tool, we do not do that, and one of the options below will fit better.

Stammer — best for a purpose-built agency reseller dashboard

Stammer is built squarely for agencies that want to resell AI chatbots under their own brand. Its strength is the reseller experience itself: an agency dashboard, client sub-accounts, and white-label branding as the core of the product rather than a bolt-on. If your priority is standing up a branded chatbot business quickly and you are comfortable with a chatbot-first feature set rather than deeply grounded support, Stammer is a natural fit. Check its current plans and white-label pricing before you commit, since agency tiers change.

Robofy — best for fast, affordable website chatbots at volume

Robofy focuses on quickly turning a website into a trained chatbot, with agency and white-label options and a setup simple enough for high-volume, lower-touch client work. If you are spinning up straightforward site chatbots for many small businesses and price per client is the deciding factor, Robofy's affordability and speed are the draw. It leans toward the website-widget use case, so if your clients need voice, deep omnichannel routing, or strict per-client spend caps, confirm those on its current feature and pricing pages first.

GoHighLevel AI — best if you want the whole agency CRM suite and AI is a bonus

GoHighLevel is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform for agencies — funnels, email and SMS, scheduling, pipelines — with conversational AI added on top. Published pricing sits in roughly the $297–497/month range depending on tier as of July 2026. If your agency already runs on GoHighLevel, or you specifically want one suite for CRM and marketing automation with AI as one feature among many, it is a strong choice, and adding a separate support tool may not be worth it. The trade-off is that AI support is a layer on a CRM rather than the core product, so answer grounding, eval cases, and per-client AI spend caps are not the center of gravity. Compare it against the checklist above, and verify current pricing on their site.

Chatbase — best for a single brand's data-trained chatbot

Chatbase makes it fast to build a chatbot trained on your own data and drop it into a site, with a developer-friendly setup and solid integrations. It is primarily a single-brand tool: excellent if you are building one company's assistant, less oriented around the agency reseller model of isolated client workspaces with pooled credits and per-client caps. If you, or one client, mainly need a capable data-trained bot for a single brand, Chatbase is worth a look. As with the others, check its current plans for any white-label or team features before assuming they are included.

A note on Intercom Fin and Tidio: both are capable tools, but they are built for a single brand running its own support. As of July 2026 we could not find a published white-label reseller program for Intercom Fin, and its pricing is charged per resolution — a different model from an agency pooled-credit allowance. Treat them as tools for running your own support, not for reselling under your name.

Why Evoriqa for the reseller model specifically

If reselling grounded AI support is the actual business — not a side feature of a CRM, and not a single-brand chatbot — Evoriqa is shaped for it end to end: isolated, branded client workspaces on your own domain, one credit pool with a spend cap on every client, eval cases before you ship, and a voice agent included rather than reserved for a top tier. We make no claims about compliance certifications, and we are a newer platform than some names above; we would rather you verify that for yourself than take our word for it.
