Comparison policy

How we compare AI support tools

These comparison pages are written by the team that builds Evoriqa, and they recommend Evoriqa. That bias is declared, so the rest stays checkable: every competitor fact is read on the vendor’s own site and dated, every tool is scored on the same fifteen rows, a row we lose stays in, and anything we could not verify says so rather than counting against them.

This page sets out the rules and how to tell us when a fact has changed.

What we verify, and where

A claim about another product is only as good as where we read it.

Competitor pricing, plan limits and features come from the vendor’s own pricing and product pages, never from a review site or a competitor’s comparison. Every cell that states a competitor’s price, plan or published capability carries the month we looked, because prices move. A cell that reads “not found published, September 2026” means we looked on their site that month and did not find it, not that it does not exist; a cell that reads “not verified by us” means we did not check it, and it counts for nothing either way. We re-check a page when we publish a change to it and when someone tells us a fact is out of date.

What we never claim

Five lines we hold to on every comparison page.

  • Certifications we do not hold: no SOC 2, no HIPAA, no SSO/SAML today, and the table says so
  • Reviews, customer logos or case studies we do not have
  • That a competitor lacks something we did not check — an unchecked cell says "not verified by us"
  • A competitor price we did not read on their own pricing page, with the month we read it
  • A verdict that hides who the other tool is genuinely right for

The same fifteen rows for everyone

Every side-by-side table uses these axes.

  1. White-label reseller program
  2. Isolated client workspaces
  3. Pooled credits with per-client caps
  4. AI voice agent for phone calls
  5. Channels in one unified inbox
  6. Human handoff to your team
  7. Grounded answers with sources
  8. Reseller pricing published up front
  9. Industry templates
  10. Draft-for-review (shadow) mode
  11. Visitor-facing source citations
  12. Per-answer QA scoring + reasoning trace
  13. Public per-brand trust center + DPA intake
  14. Agency margin dashboard + ROI reports
  15. SOC 2 / HIPAA, SSO, public APIThe row we lose: GDPR export and erasure, enforced 2FA, encrypted secrets, audit logs, and tenant isolation on every plan; public API on request. SOC 2 / HIPAA and SSO not yet

Tell us when something changes

A wrong fact about another product is a bug.

If a price, plan or feature on any comparison page is out of date, tell us with a link to the vendor’s page that shows the change. We re-check against that page and update the cell and its date.

Comparison policy: frequently asked questions

Who writes the comparison pages, and are they neutral?

The team that builds Evoriqa writes them, and they recommend Evoriqa. The bias is declared so the rest stays checkable: every competitor fact is read on the vendor's own site and dated, every tool is scored on the same fifteen rows, a row we lose stays in, and anything we could not verify says so.

What do the comparison tables never say about a competitor?

Five commitments hold on every page, listed under what we never claim above. In short, we do not state anything about another product that we did not read on that vendor's own site, a cell that says not found published names the month we looked, and a cell we could not verify counts for nothing either way.

What should I do if a price or feature on a comparison page is wrong?

Tell us through the contact page with a link to the vendor's page that shows the change. We re-check against that page and update the cell and its date. A wrong fact about another product is treated as a bug, not a matter of opinion.
