Best Bland AI Alternatives (2026)
Bland AI is a developer voice-AI platform for building phone agents through an API, billed per minute and aimed at high-volume, outbound and regulated calling. If you would rather have a finished receptionist than a voice pipeline to build, one that answers your existing number, your website, WhatsApp and SMS from one knowledge base and hands off to your own team on a published monthly price, the strongest alternative is Evoriqa.

Which one is the best fit?
Building outbound campaigns, a high-volume or regulated voice workload, or a custom voice pipeline? Bland AI is built for that and Evoriqa is not, since it has no outbound calling. Want a finished receptionist on your existing number? It answers your website, WhatsApp and SMS from the same knowledge and hands a call to your own team. The price is a published monthly one with a free tier. Evoriqa.
Choose Evoriqa
Best for agencies & resellersA finished receptionist on your existing number. It covers the phone, chat, WhatsApp and SMS from one knowledge base, on a published monthly price with a free tier.
- You want to keep your existing number and forward it to a finished AI receptionist, with no pipeline to build
- You want the same agent answering the phone, website chat, WhatsApp and SMS from one knowledge base and one inbox
- You want published plans with a free tier and a spend cap. Top-ups are priced at the same per-credit rate as the plan of the same size. You do not want a per-minute rate with telephony billed on top. The Telnyx or Infobip line you forward to is still a separate cost
- You resell an AI agent to clients and want an isolated white-label workspace with a spend cap per client
Stay with Bland AI
Bland AI is a developer voice-AI platform for building, running and monitoring phone agents through an API. It is billed per minute, with inbound and outbound calling and an enterprise tier for regulated, high-volume work.
- You run outbound calling campaigns and want to call a whole list or start calls from CRM events, which Evoriqa does not do
- You have a high-volume or contact-centre voice workload and want concurrency sized to your volume, on a per-minute rate
- You need SOC 2, HIPAA with a BAA, SSO, data residency or a self-hosted or VPC deployment, which Bland lists and Evoriqa does not hold
Who Bland AI is genuinely for
Bland AI is an enterprise voice-AI platform. Its homepage describes it as a platform for building, running and monitoring AI phone agents for complex, regulated calls at scale, and says it runs its own speech-to-text, language model and text-to-speech rather than assembling third-party vendors. It handles inbound and outbound phone calls, and its product page adds SMS, RCS, iMessage and a web chat widget, batch calls that can "call a whole list", and calls started from Salesforce or HubSpot events. Its product page describes live translation as speech to speech across 23 languages, including during transfers, and its docs say 40+ languages out of the box.
The pricing is published and per minute. On its pricing page as of October 2026, the Start plan has a $0 platform fee with no card required, $0.14 a minute for talk time and $0.05 a minute for transfers, with 10 concurrent calls and 100 calls a day. The Build plan is $299 a month at $0.12 a minute (October 2026), with 50 concurrent calls and 2,000 calls a day, and Enterprise is custom. The rate includes the language model, transcription and voices, with no token charges; telephony is billed separately, on your own Twilio account or SIP trunk or on Bland's at pass-through cost. Bland's billing docs also list a Scale plan at $499 a month and a $29.99 a month Agent Phone plan (October 2026).
If you have developers, or a team that wants forward-deployed engineers, and you are building outbound campaigns, a high-volume contact-centre workload, an IVR replacement or a custom voice pipeline, Bland is built for exactly that, and Evoriqa is not. Its pricing page and trust pages also list SOC 2, HIPAA with a BAA, SSO on Enterprise and self-hosted or VPC deployment, which matter if your buyer has a compliance checklist.
What people look for when they consider leaving
Most people don't leave Bland because the calls sound wrong. They leave because they wanted a receptionist, not a platform to build on.
The first thing they look for is a finished agent. Bland's own docs walk through building an agent, giving it knowledge, tools and instructions, assigning it a number and placing a first call. Its pricing page says most teams deploy a first agent within a day on the self-serve plans, and describes a 28-day deployment framework with a forward-deployed engineering team for enterprise rollouts (October 2026). The second is one agent on every channel. Bland's pricing comparison table marks SMS and web chat with a dash on the Start and Build plans, and its SMS docs call SMS an Enterprise feature that needs a sales conversation to enable (October 2026).
The third is a bill that does not move with minutes. A per-minute rate is fair for a voice workload, but telephony is a separate line on top. As our own arithmetic from Bland's October 2026 published rates, 400 minutes of talk time a month, 100 calls of four minutes, is $56 on Start at $0.14 a minute or $347 on Build once the $299 platform fee is added, before telephony. The fourth is reselling to clients under your own brand. Bland's partners page lists Reseller, Technology and Implementation tracks, and the reseller track is described as selling Bland to your customer base, with ongoing revenue for each customer a partner brings. It does not describe a white-labelled workspace per client or a spend cap per client, as of October 2026.
The alternatives worth considering, including staying with Bland AI
Stay with Bland AI. If you have engineers, or a budget for Bland's implementation team, and you want outbound calling, very high concurrency, data residency, a signed BAA or a self-hosted deployment, nothing in a finished small-business receptionist replaces that. Enterprise voice at scale is what the product is for.
Another developer voice platform, such as Vapi or Synthflow, if you want a similar build-it-yourself foundation with a different provider mix or pricing shape. Compare their per-minute rates and what is passed through before choosing.
A phone-system AI receptionist, if the receptionist should live inside the carrier you already pay. RingCentral and Nextiva both sell one, and both are covered here.
Evoriqa, if what you actually want is a finished agent: your website, docs and FAQs become its knowledge, it answers your existing number and your chat channels from the same place, and a call that needs a person goes to your own team with the conversation attached. Building that on Bland, or any developer API, is exactly the work this page weighs against buying it finished.
Where Bland AI is the better choice
Bland is the stronger pick in a few specific cases. It is built for outbound calling and high-volume voice work, and Evoriqa does neither. Its pricing page lists Start at $0.14 a minute and Build at $299 a month and $0.12 a minute, as of October 2026. Concurrency is sized to volume, up to 50 concurrent calls on Build. Its trust page lists SOC 2 and HIPAA with a BAA available, and Evoriqa holds neither. If you are building a voice product on an API, Bland fits better.
Where Evoriqa fits
Evoriqa starts from a finished agent rather than a platform. You keep your existing business number: you set up carrier call forwarding to a Telnyx or Infobip number connected to Evoriqa, so callers keep dialing the number they know, and the Telnyx or Infobip line is a separate cost. The same agent answers the phone, your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Slack from one knowledge base, with email routed to your team first, and every conversation lands in one inbox. Voice is on every plan, including the Free plan, which needs no card.
Pricing is four published tiers, Free, $29, $99 and $399 per month, with voice and chat drawn from one monthly credit allowance. The Free plan carries about 10 voice minutes, Starter about 120, Pro about 520 and Business about 2,100. When an allowance runs out nothing breaks: conversations are still captured for your team, and one-time top-up packs, from $29 for 300,000 credits, are priced at the same per-credit rate as the plan of the same size, so there is no overage penalty. Each workspace can also have a spend cap. Bland's per-minute rates and Evoriqa's credit allowance count different things, so we do not claim one is cheaper; they are different shapes of bill.
For agencies, every client gets an isolated white-labelled workspace, credits pool across clients with a spend cap on each one, and the reseller prices are published with a margin calculator. Security on every plan includes tenant isolation, encrypted secrets, enforced two-factor authentication, audit logs and GDPR export and erasure.
Where Evoriqa doesn't fit
Evoriqa is the wrong tool for a real slice of Bland's buyers, and the list is specific.
If you need outbound calling, Evoriqa has none: it answers calls you receive and does not dial a list or start calls from a CRM event. Bland batch calls and triggers do. If you are running a high-volume voice workload, a per-minute platform with concurrency you size to your volume is the right shape.
If you need SOC 2, HIPAA, SSO or self-hosting, Evoriqa has no SOC 2, no HIPAA and no SSO today, and offers no self-hosted deployment, while Bland lists SOC 2 Type I and Type II, HIPAA with a BAA, SSO and VPC or on-premises options on its own pages (October 2026). The REST API is available on request rather than switched on for every account, where Bland publishes an API reference. Weigh Bland's trust centre against ours and let the hard requirement decide.
A phone line on Evoriqa also answers in one configured language, where Bland's docs say 40+ languages and its product page describes live speech-to-speech translation across 23. Chat, WhatsApp and SMS on Evoriqa detect the customer's language automatically across 32 languages, but if your phone line has to translate live between languages, that is a point for Bland.
Finally, if you are building a voice product to ship to your own customers, you want an API and a pipeline you control, and a finished receptionist is not built to be wrapped inside somebody else's product.
Evoriqa vs Bland AI, side by side
Building outbound campaigns, a high-volume or regulated voice workload, or a custom voice pipeline? Bland AI is built for that and Evoriqa is not, since it has no outbound calling. Want a finished receptionist on your existing number? It answers your website, WhatsApp and SMS from the same knowledge and hands a call to your own team. The price is a published monthly one with a free tier. Evoriqa.
Evoriqa
Evoriqa is a finished agent rather than a platform to build on. You forward your existing business number to a Telnyx or Infobip line connected to Evoriqa, so callers keep dialing the number they know. The same agent answers the phone and your website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Slack from one knowledge base. Email is routed to your team first. All 8 channels land in one inbox, and a call that needs a person transfers to your own team with the full conversation attached. Pricing is four published tiers, Free, $29, $99 and $399 per month, with voice on every plan from the same monthly credit allowance as chat. When it runs out nothing breaks. Conversations are still captured for your team. Top-up packs are priced at the same per-credit rate as the plan of the same size, so there is no overage penalty. Agencies also get an isolated white-label workspace per client with a spend cap each.

Questions, answered
How much does Bland AI cost?
As of October 2026, Bland's pricing page lists a Start plan with a $0 platform fee and no card required. It charges $0.14 a minute for talk time and $0.05 a minute for transfers. The Build plan is $299 a month, at $0.12 a minute and $0.04 a minute for transfers. Enterprise is custom. Its billing docs also list a Scale plan at $499 a month and an Agent Phone plan at $29.99 a month. Time is prorated to the second. The per-minute rate includes the language model, transcription and voices, and telephony is billed separately, on your own carrier or at pass-through cost on Bland's. On those published rates, 100 calls of four minutes a month is 400 minutes. That is $56 on Start and $347 on Build before telephony (our arithmetic from Bland's October 2026 published rates). Evoriqa counts credits rather than minutes, so the two do not convert one-to-one. Voice is on every plan. Free carries 10 voice minutes, Starter ($29/mo) about 120, Pro ($99/mo) about 520 and Business ($399/mo) about 2,100, from the same allowance as chat. The Telnyx or Infobip line you forward to is a separate cost. Check Bland's pricing page, since these figures move.
Does Evoriqa make outbound calls like Bland AI?
No. Evoriqa answers calls you receive and has no outbound calling. It does not dial a list, run a campaign or start a call from a CRM event. Bland AI's product page lists batch calls that can call a whole list, and calls started from Salesforce or HubSpot events. If outbound is the job, as of October 2026 Bland is the better fit. Evoriqa's side of it is the inbound receptionist. Your existing number is forwarded to a Telnyx or Infobip line and answered in one configured language. Chat, WhatsApp and SMS detect the customer's language across 32 languages.
Is Evoriqa a Bland AI alternative for a small business?
Yes, if the job is answering your own customers rather than building a voice product. Bland's docs describe building an agent, giving it knowledge and tools, assigning it a number and placing a first call. Its pricing page says most teams deploy a first agent within a day on the self-serve plans (October 2026). Evoriqa skips the build step. Point it at your website, docs and FAQs and it becomes a receptionist with booking, transfer to your team and a shared inbox. It starts on a Free plan that needs no card. What Evoriqa lacks next to Bland is outbound calling, SOC 2, HIPAA and SSO. A buyer with those requirements should read Bland's trust pages first.
