My AI Front Desk alternative for agencies (2026)

My AI Front Desk, which also calls itself Frontdesk, is an AI receptionist for voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email and chat. Its pricing page says white-label partner plans are custom and start at $500 a month, and a guide on its own subdomain lists wholesale terms. If you sell one agent across eight channels with published reseller prices, pooled credits and your own Stripe, the strongest alternative is Evoriqa.

Who My AI Front Desk is genuinely for

My AI Front Desk's home page opens with "AI receptionist that calls, texts, emails, and chats". It answers inquiries, qualifies leads, books appointments and escalates to a human when needed. Its pricing page lists voice, chat and SMS in one plan, and 500 AI-written email drafts a month on Business-in-a-Box.

It is a receptionist product first and a reseller platform second. Its pricing FAQ says "You set the price entirely." Partners "buy at a wholesale rate, resell under their own brand, and control tiering". Minute packages and usage-based billing run "through the built-in Stripe integration", with "no price floor or ceiling imposed by the platform". A guide on its own subdomain, updated August 04, 2026, lists a wholesale rate and sample packages, covered below.

If you sell a receptionist to local businesses at a wholesale rate, My AI Front Desk is built for that.

What agencies look for when they consider leaving

Agencies rarely leave My AI Front Desk because the receptionist is weak. They look elsewhere because the terms are hard to pin down.

The first thing they look for is published reseller prices. The pricing FAQ says partner plans are "custom and start at $500 per month". The guide lists $54.99 per receptionist. We could not reconcile the two. The second is a clear reseller program. The pricing FAQ points to the white-label page for how the reseller program works. That address showed a "Refer and Earn" referral page when we read it in October 2026, with no resale terms.

The third is more channels from one agent. Its home page says "One AI talks with customers across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and chat." We did not find Instagram or Messenger, or Slack as a channel, on the pages we read. The fourth is pooled credits with a cap per client. That is not described on the pages we read.

The alternatives worth considering, including staying with My AI Front Desk

Stay with My AI Front Desk. If you sell a phone receptionist and a wholesale rate suits your margins, get the terms in writing.

Another voice-first platform, such as Synthflow, Vapi or Trillet. Compare per-minute rates and what each passes through.

Another agency platform, such as VoiceAIWrapper, if you want to add clients one at a time from $0.

Evoriqa, if the client needs the whole front desk and you want published reseller prices. One agent answers the phone, chat and messaging from one knowledge base, and every reseller plan bills clients through your own Stripe.

My AI Front Desk pricing (October 2026)

My AI Front Desk publishes two sets of figures. We could not reconcile them, so both are below with their sources.

SourceFigure
Pricing FAQWhite-label partner plans "are custom and start at $500 per month"
Pricing page, partner tierPartner tier "voice from 7 credits/min", and "As low as 7 credits" in the overage table; 1 credit = $0.01
Reseller guideWholesale $54.99 per receptionist, then $0.12 a minute beyond plan inclusions
Reseller guide, sample packages200, 400 to 600 and 1,000 or more minutes, with illustrative resale of $249, $399 and $649

The $99 Business-in-a-Box plan, or $79 billed annually, includes 200 voice minutes. Voice beyond that is 25 credits a minute, which is $0.25. Telephony cost and whose Stripe account bills the client are not stated. Treat the guide as an illustration and get a written quote.

Evoriqa's plans are Free ($0, 10 voice minutes), Starter ($29/mo, about 120 voice minutes), Pro ($99/mo, about 520) and Business ($399/mo, about 2,100). Voice draws on the same credit pool as chat. My AI Front Desk's partner voice, from 7 credits a minute, is $0.07 against Evoriqa Pro's about $0.19 per included minute. That is our arithmetic from October 2026 figures. Evoriqa's voice costs more per minute than a voice-only platform. On Evoriqa the Telnyx or Infobip line you forward to is a separate cost as well.

Where My AI Front Desk is the better choice

My AI Front Desk is the stronger pick in a few clear cases. The first is the receptionist itself. It is a product built around answering a business's calls. Its home page lists voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email and chat, as read in October 2026.

The second is voice cost. As read in October 2026, its partner voice is listed from 7 credits a minute, and its guide lists $0.12 a minute beyond plan inclusions. Both are below what Evoriqa's voice costs per minute. The third is a wholesale model. If you want to buy receptionists at a per-receptionist rate and set your own tiers, its guide describes that.

The fourth is a possible HIPAA path, with a caveat. Its home page, in a "Built for trust" section, says "HIPAA compliant" with signed BAAs. The reseller guide says the platform "does not offer HIPAA compliance certification". We could not reconcile these, so ask in writing. Evoriqa holds no HIPAA BAA either way.

Where Evoriqa fits

Evoriqa starts from one agent rather than a receptionist product. Point it at a client's website, docs and FAQs, and the same knowledge answers the phone, website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Slack. Email is routed to your team first. Every conversation lands in one inbox across eight channels, and a call that needs a person transfers to the client's team with the conversation attached.

For agencies, each client gets an isolated white-label workspace. Credits pool across all clients, with a spend cap on each one. Every reseller plan bills clients through your own Stripe, and you keep 100% of client revenue. Reseller plans are published from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces; higher plans hold more. Shadow mode lets the AI draft replies for a human to approve. A trust center sits under your own brand, with a self-serve DPA request form. The Free plan needs no card.

Phone works by carrier call forwarding. The client forwards their existing business number to their own Telnyx or Infobip line connected to Evoriqa. That line is a separate cost. Callers keep dialing the number they know.

Where Evoriqa doesn't fit

Evoriqa is the wrong tool for part of My AI Front Desk's audience.

If you want a receptionist at a wholesale rate, Evoriqa prices by reseller plan and credit pool instead. If voice is most of the product, Evoriqa costs more per minute than a voice-only platform, as above. The phone line answers in one configured language, and Evoriqa does no outbound calling. The API is available on request.

If a client's buyer requires SOC 2, HIPAA or SSO, Evoriqa holds none of the three today. Its controls are GDPR export and erasure, enforced two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs and workspace isolation on every plan. That is not the paperwork a procurement checklist asks for.

Questions, answered

How much does My AI Front Desk cost for an agency?

As of October 2026, its pricing FAQ says white-label partner plans are custom and start at $500 a month. A reseller guide on its own subdomain, updated Aug 04, 2026, lists wholesale at $54.99 per receptionist and $0.12 a minute beyond plan inclusions. We could not reconcile the two, so get a written quote. Evoriqa publishes reseller plans from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces; higher plans hold more. Voice costs more per minute than My AI Front Desk's partner voice, which starts at 7 credits a minute, or $0.07.

Does My AI Front Desk have a reseller program, and does Evoriqa?

Its pricing FAQ describes partners who buy at a wholesale rate and resell under their own brand. The /white-label and /partner-program addresses showed a "Refer and Earn" referral page when we read them in October 2026. Evoriqa's reseller program is public: plans from $79 a month, white-label client workspaces, and every plan bills clients through your own Stripe. My AI Front Desk's guide says clients are billed via Stripe from the reseller console, without naming the account.

Does My AI Front Desk have HIPAA, and does Evoriqa?

Its pages disagree. The home page lists "HIPAA compliant" with signed BAAs, and the reseller guide says it "does not offer HIPAA compliance certification". We could not reconcile them, so ask in writing before you promise a client anything. Evoriqa holds no HIPAA BAA, no SOC 2 and no ISO 27001 today. Its controls are GDPR export and erasure, enforced two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs and workspace isolation.
