Trillet alternative for agencies (2026)
Trillet is a white-label voice AI platform for agencies, with messaging and email in the same workflows. It lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 evidence, a HIPAA BAA on its Agency plan and low per-minute rates. If you sell one agent across chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and phone, with pooled credits, a cap per client and your own Stripe, the strongest alternative is Evoriqa.

Which one is the best fit?
Is voice the whole product, or does a client's buyer ask for SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and a HIPAA BAA? Trillet lists all three, with cheaper minutes, and Evoriqa holds none. Selling one agent across chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and phone through your own Stripe, on published plans? Evoriqa.

- Voice is the whole product and you want published per-minute rates: $0.12 after included minutes plus telephony from $0.014 (October 2026)

Who Trillet is genuinely for
Trillet's agency page describes a white-label voice AI platform where you own the client relationship and your clients use your branding. Its home page opens with "Voice AI agents for high-stakes conversations" and lists voice, SMS, web chat and email as channels. Its pricing page lists "SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 security evidence" on every plan, as of October 2026.
The product is built around phone work. Its pricing page says AI conversations are billed per minute, with telephony separate. Web calls carry no telephony fee, and you can bring your own telephony. Transferred calls are billed separately, and the AI charge stops at the transfer. White labeling and custom branding are on every plan. Custom domain, branded emails and custom minute markup need the Agency plan. The agency page also lists "Isolated multi-tenant workspaces under your own brand" and says "Every client runs in its own workspace".
If voice is most of what you sell, and your clients' buyers ask for security paperwork, Trillet is a serious option.
What agencies look for when they consider leaving
Agencies rarely leave Trillet because a call sounds wrong. They look elsewhere because the offer they sell is wider than the phone.
The first thing they look for is more channels from one agent. The pages we read in October 2026 list voice, SMS, web chat and email. We did not find WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Slack, and a single inbox across channels is not described. The second is a spend cap per client. Trillet publishes included minutes per plan, but pooling across workspaces and a cap per client are not on the pages we read.
The third is clarity on billing. The agency page says "Connect Stripe, set your own per-minute rate per client, and collect payment under your brand". The pricing page lists "Stripe billing with invoicing". Neither page names the account holder, so ask before you quote. The fourth is a free way to test. Trillet's plans start at $99 a month (October 2026), and its 7-day trial takes a card.
The alternatives worth considering, including staying with Trillet
Stay with Trillet. If phone is the product and compliance paperwork decides the sale, moving off it for extra channels may not be worth the change.
Another voice-first platform, such as Bland AI, Vapi or Synthflow. Compare per-minute rates and what each passes through.
Evoriqa, if the client needs the whole front desk, not only the phone. One agent answers the phone, chat and messaging from one knowledge base, and every reseller plan bills clients through your own Stripe.
Trillet pricing (October 2026)
Trillet publishes the figures below on its white-label pricing page, read in October 2026.
| Plan | Price | Included | Beyond that |
|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | $99/mo | 1,000 AI minutes, up to 3 workspaces | $0.12/min |
| Agency | $299/mo | 3,000 AI minutes, unlimited workspaces | $0.12/min |

Telephony is separate, from $0.014 a minute. Plans are billed monthly with no contracts. Additional phone numbers cost $5 a month. Enterprise is custom.
Evoriqa's plans are Free ($0, 10 voice minutes), Starter ($29/mo, about 120 voice minutes), Pro ($99/mo, about 520) and Business ($399/mo, about 2,100). Voice draws on the same credit pool as chat. Trillet's included minutes cost less. Studio works out to under $0.10 per included minute, and Evoriqa Pro to about $0.19. That is our arithmetic from the October 2026 figures, and the two count different things. Evoriqa's voice costs more per minute than a voice-only platform. On Evoriqa the Telnyx or Infobip line you forward to is a separate cost as well. Prices change, so check each vendor's own page.
Where Trillet is the better choice
Trillet is the stronger pick in a few clear cases. Its pricing page lists "SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 security evidence" on every plan, as of October 2026. It lists HIPAA mode on Studio, Agency and Enterprise. A BAA is available at no additional fee on Agency and Enterprise, and Studio does not include it. Evoriqa holds none of these.
Its agency page adds that "a certification does not authorize every regulated workflow". The pricing page says to "complete the BAA process and confirm your covered workflow in the applicable Order Form before use". Read both before you promise a client anything. Trillet's minutes are cheaper too: $0.12 after the included minutes, plus telephony from $0.014 (October 2026). Its agency page also lists "Full audit trails and role-based access on every client workspace" under its enterprise section. Isolated workspaces and audit trails are not an Evoriqa-only strength. If voice is the whole product and your clients' buyers want the paperwork, choose Trillet.
Where Evoriqa fits
Evoriqa starts from one agent rather than a voice product. Point it at a client's website, docs and FAQs, and the same knowledge answers the phone, website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Slack. Email is routed to your team first. Every conversation lands in one inbox across eight channels, and a call that needs a person transfers to the client's team with the conversation attached.
For agencies, each client gets an isolated white-label workspace. Credits pool across all clients, with a spend cap on each one. Every reseller plan bills clients through your own Stripe, and you keep 100% of client revenue. Reseller plans are published from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces; higher plans hold more. Shadow mode lets the AI draft replies for a human to approve. A trust center sits under your own brand, with a self-serve DPA request form. The Free plan needs no card.
Phone works by carrier call forwarding. The client forwards their existing business number to their own Telnyx or Infobip line connected to Evoriqa. That line is a separate cost. Callers keep dialing the number they know.
Where Evoriqa doesn't fit
Evoriqa is the wrong tool for part of Trillet's audience.
If a client's buyer requires SOC 2, ISO 27001 or a HIPAA BAA, Evoriqa holds none of them today. Its controls are GDPR export and erasure, enforced two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs and workspace isolation on every plan. That is not the paperwork a procurement checklist asks for.
If voice is the whole product, Evoriqa costs more per minute than a voice-only platform, as above. The phone line answers in one configured language, and Evoriqa does no outbound calling. The API is available on request. If a client needs outbound campaigns, look at the voice-first platforms first.

Questions, answered
How much does Trillet cost for an agency?
As of October 2026, Trillet's pricing page lists Studio at $99 a month with 1,000 AI minutes and up to 3 workspaces. Agency is $299 a month with 3,000 minutes and unlimited workspaces. Both charge $0.12 a minute after the included minutes. Telephony is separate, from $0.014 a minute. Evoriqa counts credits rather than minutes: Free carries 10 voice minutes, Starter ($29/mo) about 120, Pro ($99/mo) about 520 and Business ($399/mo) about 2,100. Studio works out to under $0.10 per included minute and Evoriqa Pro to about $0.19, our arithmetic from October 2026 prices. Agency plans start at $79 a month for 5 client workspaces. The Telnyx or Infobip line you forward to is a separate cost.
Does Trillet have SOC 2, ISO 27001 and a HIPAA BAA, and does Evoriqa?
Trillet's pricing page lists "SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 security evidence" on every plan, as of October 2026. It also lists HIPAA mode on Studio, Agency and Enterprise. A BAA is available at no additional fee on Agency and Enterprise, not on Studio. Evoriqa holds no SOC 2, no ISO 27001 and no HIPAA BAA today. Its agency page adds that "a certification does not authorize every regulated workflow". Evoriqa's controls are GDPR export and erasure, enforced two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs and workspace isolation. If a client's buyer requires the paperwork, Trillet is the better fit.
Can Evoriqa replace Trillet for phone clients?
For inbound calls, yes. You forward the client's existing business number, by carrier call forwarding, to their own Telnyx or Infobip line connected to Evoriqa. That line is a separate cost. The phone answers in one configured language, while chat, WhatsApp and SMS detect the customer's language across 32 languages. Evoriqa does no outbound calling. Its voice costs more per minute than Trillet's published rates, as of October 2026. The case for Evoriqa is the rest of the client's channels and the billing: one agent, one inbox, your own Stripe.
