Which one is the best fit?

Is voice the whole product, with outbound campaigns, HighLevel or a SOC 2 Type II statement? VoiceAIWrapper is built for that and Evoriqa holds no SOC 2. Selling one agent across chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack and email as well as phone, with a cap per client? Evoriqa.

Choose Evoriqa

Best for agencies & resellers

One agent across eight channels for agency clients, with pooled credits, a spend cap per client and your own Stripe. Reseller plans are published from $79.

  • You sell one agent across 8 channels, including Instagram, Messenger, Slack and human-first email, not only phone
  • You want credits pooled across clients with a hard spend cap on each client workspace
  • You want every reseller plan to bill clients through your own Stripe, with reseller prices published from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces
  • You want a free plan, a draft-for-review shadow mode and a trust center under your own brand with a self-serve DPA form

Stay with VoiceAIWrapper

VoiceAIWrapper is a white-label AI voice agent platform for agencies. Pay as You Go starts at $0 with one client account, and Scale is $499 a month, read October 2026.

  • Voice is the whole product, you want outbound calling campaigns, and you want extra usage priced from about $0.07 a minute (October 2026)
  • HighLevel is your hub and you want the client portal loaded inside each client's HighLevel subaccount
  • A client's buyer asks for a SOC 2 Type II statement or a HIPAA BAA for an enterprise customer, which Evoriqa does not hold
  • You want to start at $0 and add client accounts one at a time at $20 a month each (October 2026)

Who VoiceAIWrapper is genuinely for

VoiceAIWrapper's home page calls it a "White-Label AI Voice Agent Platform". It says "Each new client gets their separate branded portal and their unique voice AI setup in minutes." It also says "Create agents and test the platform for free. Pay only when you start onboarding clients."

The product is built around phone work. Its pricing page says calls are billed per second, and inbound and outbound cost the same. The home page says "VoiceAIWrapper supports outbound AI calling campaigns under your own brand." Its pricing FAQ says "You set your own per-minute price and bill clients through your own Stripe account."

If you work inside HighLevel, its home page FAQ answers yes: "VoiceAIWrapper has a native integration available in the GoHighLevel marketplace", and "your branded client portal loads inside your client's GoHighLevel subaccount".

If voice is most of what you sell, VoiceAIWrapper is a serious option. The same goes if you want outbound campaigns, or want to add clients one at a time without a monthly plan.

What agencies look for when they consider leaving

Agencies rarely leave VoiceAIWrapper because a call sounds wrong. They look elsewhere because the offer they sell is wider than the phone.

The first thing they look for is more channels from one agent. Its home page lists native integrations for "SMS", "Email" and "Calendar". Its line "Connects with SMS, email and WhatsApp" sits in the paragraph about CRM integrations, so we do not count it as its own channels. We did not find Instagram, Messenger or Slack, and a single inbox across channels is not described.

The second is a spend cap per client. The pricing page says "Your balance only decides whether calls connect." Its FAQ says clients track usage "based on the limits and the cost tier that you have offered to them". We did not find a hard cap on each client's usage. The third is clarity on cost. Credits cost $1 per 1,000, and extra calling usage is shown as "approximately $0.07–$0.31 per minute" (October 2026). Telephony is separate, and a bring-your-own-keys platform fee has no amount on the page.

The alternatives worth considering, including staying with VoiceAIWrapper

Stay with VoiceAIWrapper. If phone and outbound are the product, or clients live in HighLevel, moving may not be worth it.

Another voice-first platform, such as Vapi, Bland AI or Synthflow. Compare per-minute rates and what each passes through.

Another agency platform, such as Assistable, if HighLevel is your hub and you want a published rate sheet.

Evoriqa, if the client needs the whole front desk, not only the phone. One agent answers the phone, chat and messaging from one knowledge base, and every reseller plan bills clients through your own Stripe.

VoiceAIWrapper pricing (October 2026)

Extra client accounts are $12 a month each on Scale and $20 a month each on pay as you go (pricing FAQ, October 2026).

Credits cost $1 per 1,000. Plan credits roll over for up to two months. Telephony is separate: the pricing FAQ says "We do not sell telephony." Bringing your own Vapi, Retell or ElevenLabs keys is a paid add-on on pay as you go and included on Scale. The FAQ says the platform fee still applies, and we found no amount. No card is needed to sign up, but publishing a portal to a paying client needs a one-time top-up of $10 or more.

Evoriqa's plans are Free ($0, 10 voice minutes), Starter ($29/mo, about 120 voice minutes), Pro ($99/mo, about 520) and Business ($399/mo, about 2,100). Voice draws on the same credit pool as chat. VoiceAIWrapper's low end of $0.07 a minute is below Evoriqa Pro's about $0.19 per included minute. That is our arithmetic from October 2026 figures, and the two count different things. Evoriqa's voice costs more per minute than a voice-only platform. On Evoriqa the Telnyx or Infobip line you forward to is a separate cost as well. Prices change, so check each vendor's own page.

Where VoiceAIWrapper is the better choice

VoiceAIWrapper is the stronger pick in a few clear cases. Voice depth is the first. It supports outbound calling campaigns, and Evoriqa does no outbound calling. Its pricing page shows extra calling usage from about $0.07 a minute (October 2026), and Evoriqa's voice costs more per minute than that.

HighLevel is the second. Its client portal loads inside the client's HighLevel subaccount, as read on its home page in October 2026. Evoriqa goes onto a HighLevel site as a snippet and does not claim that connection. The third is a low entry cost: the first client account is included, and you add the next at $20 a month.

The fourth is paperwork. The home page FAQ says "VoiceAIWrapper's white label voice automation platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant." Its FAQ page says it can sign a HIPAA business associate agreement "for high-value enterprise customers". Evoriqa holds neither. If voice is the whole product, choose VoiceAIWrapper.

Where Evoriqa fits

Evoriqa starts from one agent rather than a voice product. Point it at a client's website, docs and FAQs, and the same knowledge answers the phone, website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Slack. Email is routed to your team first. Every conversation lands in one inbox across eight channels, and a call that needs a person transfers to the client's team with the conversation attached.

For agencies, each client gets an isolated white-label workspace. Credits pool across all clients, with a spend cap on each one. Every reseller plan bills clients through your own Stripe, and you keep 100% of client revenue. Reseller plans are published from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces; higher plans hold more. Shadow mode lets the AI draft replies for a human to approve. A trust center sits under your own brand, with a self-serve DPA request form. The Free plan needs no card.

Phone works by carrier call forwarding. The client forwards their existing business number to their own Telnyx or Infobip line connected to Evoriqa. That line is a separate cost. Callers keep dialing the number they know.

Where Evoriqa doesn't fit

Evoriqa is the wrong tool for part of VoiceAIWrapper's audience.

If voice is the whole product, Evoriqa costs more per minute than a voice-only platform, as above. The phone line answers in one configured language, and Evoriqa does no outbound calling. The API is available on request. If a client needs outbound campaigns, look at the voice-first platforms first.

If a client's buyer requires SOC 2 or a HIPAA BAA, Evoriqa holds neither today. Its controls are GDPR export and erasure, enforced two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs and workspace isolation on every plan. That is not the paperwork a procurement checklist asks for.

If HighLevel is your hub, VoiceAIWrapper describes a deeper connection than a site snippet. Our HighLevel guide shows what Evoriqa does there.

Questions, answered

How much does VoiceAIWrapper cost for an agency?

As of October 2026, VoiceAIWrapper's pricing page lists Pay as You Go at $0 to start. The first client account is included and each extra one is $20 a month. Scale is $499 a month with 20 client accounts and 70,000 credits. Each extra Scale account is $12 a month. Credits are $1 per 1,000, and telephony is separate. Evoriqa counts credits rather than minutes. Agency plans start at $79 a month for 5 client workspaces, and voice costs more per minute than VoiceAIWrapper's lowest published rate.

Does VoiceAIWrapper have SOC 2 and a HIPAA BAA, and does Evoriqa?

VoiceAIWrapper's home page FAQ says its platform "is SOC 2 Type II compliant", as of October 2026. Its FAQ page says it can sign a HIPAA business associate agreement "for high-value enterprise customers". Evoriqa holds no SOC 2 and no HIPAA BAA today. Its controls are GDPR export and erasure, enforced two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs and workspace isolation. If a client's buyer requires the paperwork, VoiceAIWrapper is the better fit.

Can Evoriqa replace VoiceAIWrapper for phone clients?

For inbound calls, yes. You forward the client's existing business number, by carrier call forwarding, to their own Telnyx or Infobip line connected to Evoriqa. That line is a separate cost. The phone answers in one configured language. Evoriqa does no outbound calling, which VoiceAIWrapper supports as campaigns. If outbound or HighLevel is central, VoiceAIWrapper is the closer fit. The case for Evoriqa is the rest of the client's channels and the billing: one agent, one inbox, your own Stripe.
