Assistable alternative for agencies (2026)

Assistable is a white-label voice and messaging AI platform for agencies. Its agency page says you can connect HighLevel and manage the service under your own brand, with outbound campaigns and a published usage rate sheet. If you sell one agent across chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack, email and phone, with pooled credits and a cap per client, the strongest alternative is Evoriqa.

Which one is the best fit?

Is HighLevel your hub, or do you need outbound voice campaigns? Assistable is built for that and Evoriqa does no outbound calling. Selling one agent across chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack and email as well as phone, with pooled credits and a cap per client? Evoriqa.

Choose Evoriqa

Best for agencies & resellers

One agent across eight channels, pooled credits with a spend cap per client, and your own Stripe on every reseller plan. Prices are published from $79.

  • You sell one agent across 8 channels, including Instagram, Messenger, Slack and human-first email
  • You want credits pooled across clients with a hard spend cap on each client workspace
  • You want reseller plans priced from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces, with your own Stripe
  • You want a free plan, a draft-for-review shadow mode and a trust center under your own brand

Stay with Assistable

Assistable is a white-label voice and messaging AI platform for agencies that can connect HighLevel. Its agency plans run from $225 to $975 a month, read October 2026.

Who Assistable is genuinely for

Assistable's home page calls it "Voice and messaging AI for customer-facing teams". It says it supports "voice, SMS, WhatsApp and web chat with shared conversation context". Its agency page says agencies can "connect HighLevel and manage the service under your own brand". Each client's HighLevel subaccount is authorized, and calendars can be connected. A standalone option works without HighLevel.

The voice side covers inbound AI receptionists and outbound follow-up campaigns. Those campaigns include calling windows, pacing, retries and do-not-disturb checks. Agents can transfer callers to a person. The client portal takes your logo, colors, domain and favicon. Agency snapshots clone prepared assistants into new client accounts.

If you already run client work inside HighLevel, and outbound calling is part of what you sell, Assistable is built for that. Its published rate sheet also lets you work out the cost of a call before you quote.

What agencies look for when they consider leaving

Agencies rarely leave Assistable because the voice is wrong. They look elsewhere because the offer they sell is wider than voice, SMS, WhatsApp and web chat.

The first thing they look for is more channels from one agent. The pages we read in October 2026 do not mention Instagram, Messenger, Slack or email. The second is a bill that does not depend on a rate sheet. Usage is billed on top of the subscription, and clients fund prepaid wallets that pay for it. Your agency wallet funds the underlying usage separately.

The third is pooled credits with a cap per client. Client accounts have usage limits, but pooling across clients is not described on the pages we read. The fourth is a free way to test. The agency tiers start at $225 a month (October 2026).

The alternatives worth considering, including staying with Assistable

Stay with Assistable. If HighLevel is your hub and you want outbound voice, moving off it for more channels may not be worth the change.

Another HighLevel-friendly route, such as GoHighLevel's own AI or Insighto.ai. Compare what each bills per sub-account.

Another white-label platform, such as Stammer.ai, if you want a white-label plan with a published monthly price.

Evoriqa, if the client needs the whole front desk and you want credits pooled across clients. Reseller plans are published from $79 a month, and each bills through your own Stripe.

Usage is billed on top. Voice orchestration is $0.050 per call minute. The voice base runs from $0.070 to $0.150 a minute, and a language model adds $0.0075 to $0.050 a minute. Assistable's telephony is $0.015 a minute, and a chat message is $0.020. The agency pricing page lists annual prices of $2,250, $4,500 and $9,750 a year, and says annual billing saves two months. A Solo plan at $97 a month does not include white labeling or rebilling.

Evoriqa's plans are Free ($0, 10 voice minutes), Starter ($29/mo, about 120 voice minutes), Pro ($99/mo, about 520) and Business ($399/mo, about 2,100). Voice draws on the same credit pool as chat. The two count different things, so we do not claim one is cheaper. Evoriqa's voice costs more per minute than a voice-only platform. On Evoriqa the Telnyx or Infobip line you forward to is a separate cost.

Where Assistable is the better choice

Assistable is the stronger pick in a few clear cases. HighLevel is the first. Its agency page describes authorizing each client's HighLevel subaccount and connecting calendars, as of October 2026. Evoriqa goes onto a HighLevel site as a snippet and does not claim that connection.

Outbound is the second. Assistable describes outbound follow-up campaigns with calling windows, pacing and retries. Evoriqa does no outbound calling. The third is a published rate sheet, as read in October 2026. Voice orchestration is $0.050 a minute, with telephony at $0 on your own SIP trunk. If HighLevel is your hub and outbound voice is in your offer, choose Assistable.

Where Evoriqa fits

Evoriqa starts from one agent per client. Point it at a client's website, docs and FAQs, and the same knowledge answers the phone, website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Slack. Email is routed to your team first. Every conversation lands in one inbox across eight channels, and a call that needs a person transfers to the client's team with the conversation attached.

For agencies, each client gets an isolated white-label workspace. Credits pool across all clients, with a spend cap on each one. Every reseller plan bills clients through your own Stripe, and you keep 100% of client revenue. Reseller plans are published from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces; higher plans hold more. Shadow mode lets the AI draft replies for a human to approve. A trust center sits under your own brand, with a self-serve DPA request form. The Free plan needs no card.

Phone works by carrier call forwarding. The client forwards their existing business number to their own Telnyx or Infobip line connected to Evoriqa. That line is a separate cost. Callers keep dialing the number they know.

Where Evoriqa doesn't fit

Evoriqa is the wrong tool for part of Assistable's audience.

If you need outbound calling, Evoriqa has none. It answers calls you receive and does not dial a list. If HighLevel is your hub, Assistable describes a deeper connection than a site snippet. Our HighLevel guide shows what Evoriqa does there.

If your voice volume is the whole business, Evoriqa costs more per minute than a voice-only platform. The phone line answers in one configured language. Chat, WhatsApp and SMS detect the customer's language across 32 languages.

If a buyer needs SOC 2, HIPAA or SSO, Evoriqa holds none of the three today. Its controls are GDPR export and erasure, enforced two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs and workspace isolation. The API is available on request. Assistable's trust page links a DPA and offers a security review through sales, so compare it with ours and let the hard requirement decide.

Questions, answered

How much does Assistable cost for an agency?

As of October 2026, the Assistable pricing page lists three agency tiers. Startup is $225 a month for up to 3 subaccounts, Growth is $450 for 10 and Agency is $975 for unlimited. Annual prices are $2,250, $4,500 and $9,750. A Solo plan at $97 a month has no white labeling or rebilling. Usage is billed on top. Voice orchestration is $0.050 a call minute and the voice base is $0.070 to $0.150. A language model adds $0.0075 to $0.050. Evoriqa counts credits rather than minutes. Reseller plans start at $79 a month for 5 client workspaces. Voice costs more per minute than voice-only platforms like this one.

Does Evoriqa work with HighLevel like Assistable does?

Partly. Evoriqa goes onto a HighLevel site or funnel as one snippet in the tracking code. Assistable's agency page says you can "connect HighLevel and manage the service under your own brand", with each client's sub-account authorized, as of October 2026. Evoriqa does not claim that sub-account and calendar connection. If HighLevel is your hub, Assistable is the closer fit. If you want one agent across eight channels with a spend cap per client, Evoriqa fits.

Does Evoriqa make outbound calls like Assistable?

No. Evoriqa answers calls you receive and has no outbound calling. Assistable's agency page describes outbound follow-up campaigns with calling windows, pacing, retries and do-not-disturb checks, as of October 2026. If outbound is the job, Assistable is the better fit. Evoriqa's inbound phone works by forwarding the client's existing number to their own Telnyx or Infobip line, a separate cost, answered in one configured language.
