Which one is the best fit?

Running comment-to-DM campaigns, broadcasts or a TikTok and Telegram audience? ManyChat is built for that and Evoriqa is not. Want an AI that answers customer questions from your own website, docs and FAQs across eight channels, including the phone? Want it to hand your team the full conversation and bill in credits, not per contact? Evoriqa.

Choose Evoriqa

Best for agencies & resellers

An AI that answers from your own content across eight channels, including the phone, in one inbox, rather than flows you script one by one.

  • You want an AI that answers from your own website, docs and FAQs, not flows you script one by one. It says when it doesn't know
  • You want one agent across 8 channels, with website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Messenger, SMS, Slack and the phone in one inbox
  • You want callers to reach the same agent on the number they already dial, forwarded to a Telnyx or Infobip number (a separate cost)
  • You want published plans with a free tier, billed in credits rather than by the number of contacts who message you
  • You run an agency and want white-label client workspaces, with reseller plans from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces

Stay with ManyChat

ManyChat is a social-DM automation platform with Comment to DM, Follow to DM and Story Reply on every plan. It is priced by Active Contacts, from a $0 Free plan to Advanced at $199 a month, read October 2026.

  • You build comment-to-DM campaigns. Comment to DM is on every plan, and AI Comments on Pro and above replies to positive comments (October 2026)
  • Your audience is on TikTok or Telegram, which ManyChat includes on every plan and Evoriqa does not cover
  • You want broadcasts from Pro and above, or email sends of up to 10k on Pro (October 2026)
  • You want a low entry price: a $0 Free plan, or Essential at $17 a month (October 2026)

Who ManyChat is genuinely for

ManyChat's pricing page is built around social conversations. Comment to DM, Follow to DM and Story Reply are on every plan, Free included. Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and Telegram are on every plan too, as of October 2026.

If you are a creator, a coach or an online shop whose growth comes from social media, that is the job. A viewer comments a keyword, and a DM with your link arrives. You design the conversation step by step and send it to people who opted in.

The entry point is low. As of October 2026 the Free plan is $0 for 25 Active Contacts a month, with one user and up to four live automations. It shows Manychat branding. Essential, at $17 a month, removes the branding and lifts the automation limit.

What people look for when they consider leaving

Most people don't leave ManyChat because a flow broke. They leave because the job changed from running campaigns to answering customers.

The first thing they look for is answers from their own content. ManyChat's pricing page labels these "MANYCHAT AI". AI Replies, AI Comments, AI Goals and Knowledge are on Pro, Business and Advanced only, as of October 2026. Free and Essential have none of them. Knowledge takes business details and links, and AI Replies answers FAQs from that saved knowledge. We did not review whether an answer shows the customer its sources.

The second is the phone. The channels on the pricing page are messaging channels and email. A phone channel is not among them, as of October 2026.

The third is a bill that follows your audience. ManyChat prices by Active Contacts, and paid plans include a number, then charge per extra contact. The rates are in the table below, dated October 2026.

The fourth is client work. The top navigation has an "AGENCIES" link. We did not read that page, so we make no claim about ManyChat's agency program or white-label options.

The alternatives worth considering, including staying with ManyChat

Stay with ManyChat. If your growth runs on comment-to-DM automations, broadcasts and TikTok or Telegram, an answering agent does not replace that. If you are on Pro or above, its AI Replies may already cover the questions you get.

Another answering tool for one business, such as Chatbase or Tidio. Pick one if you want a chat assistant for your own site, not a campaign builder. Compare what each grounds its answers in and how it hands off to a person.

Evoriqa, if the work is answering. You give it your website, docs and FAQs. One agent then replies from that content on website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS and Slack, and on the phone. Email is routed to your team first. Everything lands in one inbox.

ManyChat pricing (October 2026)

ManyChat publishes the figures below on its pricing page, read in a browser in October 2026. Annual prices are per month, billed annually. ManyChat says annual saves up to 30%.

PlanMonthlyAnnualActive Contacts includedEach extra contact (monthly / annual)
Free$0$025N/A
Essential$17$14250$0.10 / $0.082
Pro$39$292,500$0.05 / $0.038

Advanced$199$13925,000$0.004 / $0.0028

Free and Essential connect up to 2 eligible channels, Pro up to 3, and Business and Advanced all eligible channels. WhatsApp and SMS are on Pro and above. Email sends are 10k on Pro, 30k on Business and 100k on Advanced. Users, Inbox seats included, are 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 from Free to Advanced. Essential and Pro have a 14-day free trial.

Here is our own arithmetic from those October 2026 rates. Take 3,000 Active Contacts in a month on monthly Pro. That is $39 plus 500 extra contacts at $0.05, or $64.

Evoriqa's plans are Free ($0), Starter ($29), Pro ($99) and Business ($399) a month. Voice and chat draw from one monthly credit allowance, with no charge per contact. Active Contacts and credits count different things, so we do not claim either is cheaper. They are different shapes of bill. Prices change, so check each vendor's own page.

Where ManyChat is the better choice

ManyChat is the stronger pick in several clear cases.

  • Comment automation. Comment to DM is on every plan. On Pro and above, AI

Comments replies to positive comments and continues the conversation in DMs. Evoriqa does not handle Instagram comments at all.

  • TikTok and Telegram. Both are on every ManyChat plan. Evoriqa covers

neither.

  • Broadcasts. Pro and above can broadcast, other than on Instagram and

TikTok, and send pre-approved WhatsApp messages. Evoriqa sends no broadcasts.

  • Email sends. Pro includes up to 10k emails, and Advanced up to 100k.

Evoriqa routes inbound email to your team first.

  • A low entry price. Essential is $17 a month (October 2026), below

Evoriqa's $29 Starter. The $0 Free plan is a real way to start.

  • Creator focus. Follow to DM and Story Reply are built for social

accounts. If your audience lives there, that fit is hard to match.

Where Evoriqa fits

Evoriqa starts from your content rather than from a flow canvas. The agent answers from your website, docs and FAQs and says when it doesn't know, instead of guessing. Every conversation lands in one inbox across eight channels: website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, Slack, email and the phone. Email is routed to your team first rather than answered by the agent.

On Instagram, Evoriqa answers DMs only. It does not handle comments. Escalation rules are set by the owner. A conversation that meets one goes to your team with the full history attached.

The phone works on the number customers already dial. The business forwards its existing number to its own Telnyx or Infobip number connected to Evoriqa. That line is a separate cost. Voice is on every plan, including the Free plan, which needs no card.

Pricing is four published tiers, Free, $29, $99 and $399 per month. There is no charge per contact. When an allowance runs out, conversations are still captured for your team. One-time top-up packs are priced at the same per-credit rate as the plan of the same size.

For agencies, every client gets an isolated white-label workspace. Credits pool across clients, with a spend cap on each one. Reseller plans are published from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces; higher plans hold more. We did not review ManyChat's agency program, so we do not compare the two.

Where Evoriqa doesn't fit

Evoriqa is the wrong tool for a real slice of ManyChat's buyers.

If you run comment-to-DM campaigns or broadcasts, Evoriqa does not. It answers conversations people start. It has no keyword triggers on comments, no broadcast sends and no outbound calling. If you want a visual flow builder where you design each step, ManyChat's home ground is the better fit.

If your audience is TikTok or Telegram, Evoriqa covers neither. If you need SOC 2, HIPAA or SSO, Evoriqa holds none of them today. The REST API is available on request rather than switched on for every account.

If voice is a large share of your volume, Evoriqa costs more per minute than voice-only platforms. A phone line answers in one configured language. Chat, WhatsApp and SMS detect the customer's language automatically across 32 languages.

Evoriqa vs ManyChat, side by side

Running comment-to-DM campaigns, broadcasts or a TikTok and Telegram audience? ManyChat is built for that and Evoriqa is not. Want an AI that answers customer questions from your own website, docs and FAQs across eight channels, including the phone? Want it to hand your team the full conversation and bill in credits, not per contact? Evoriqa.

Evoriqa

Evoriqa is not a flow builder. You point it at your website, docs and FAQs. The same agent answers from that content across 8 channels: website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS, Slack, email and the phone. Email is routed to your team first. On Instagram it answers DMs only, not comments. The business forwards its existing number to its own Telnyx or Infobip number connected to Evoriqa, and that line is a separate cost. Every conversation lands in one inbox. Escalation rules are set by the owner, and a conversation that meets one goes to your team with the history attached. Pricing is four published tiers, Free, $29, $99 and $399 per month, with voice on every plan from the same credit allowance as chat. There is no per-contact charge. Top-up packs are priced at the same per-credit rate as the plan of the same size. Reseller plans are published from $79 a month for 5 client workspaces; higher plans hold more.

ManyChat

ManyChat is a social-DM automation platform with Comment to DM, Follow to DM and Story Reply on every plan. It is priced by Active Contacts, from a $0 Free plan to Advanced at $199 a month, read October 2026.

Questions, answered

How much does ManyChat cost?

As of October 2026, ManyChat's pricing page lists five plans. Free is $0. Essential is $17 a month, or $14 billed annually. Pro is $39 ($29 annually), Business is $99 ($69) and Advanced is $199 ($139). They include 25, 250, 2,500, 7,500 and 25,000 Active Contacts a month. Paid plans then charge per extra contact, monthly: $0.10 on Essential, $0.05 on Pro, $0.025 on Business and $0.004 on Advanced. On those rates, 3,000 Active Contacts in a month on monthly Pro is $39 plus 500 extra contacts at $0.05, or $64. That is our arithmetic from the October 2026 figures. Evoriqa meters credits rather than contacts, so the two do not convert. Its plans are Free, $29, $99 and $399 a month, with voice on every plan.

Does ManyChat have a phone or voice agent?

We found none. As of October 2026, a phone channel is not among those ManyChat's pricing page lists. It lists Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS and email. Evoriqa answers the phone on every plan. The business forwards its existing number to its own Telnyx or Infobip number connected to Evoriqa, so callers keep dialing the number they know. That line is a separate cost. Evoriqa's voice costs more per minute than voice-only platforms. A phone line answers in one configured language, and Evoriqa does no outbound calling.

Is Evoriqa a ManyChat alternative for Instagram?

For answering DMs, yes. Evoriqa's agent replies to Instagram DMs from your own content, captures interested buyers as leads and escalates to your team under rules the owner sets. It sits in the same inbox as Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat and calls. It does not handle Instagram comments. It has no comment-to-DM triggers, no broadcasts and no visual flow builder. ManyChat's Comment to DM, on every plan as of October 2026, is the better fit if that is the job. Many shops need the answering more than the campaigns. Evoriqa has a Free plan that needs no card.
