GoHighLevel Pricing (2026): Plans, SaaS Mode and Real Cost
Evoriqa Team · October 24, 2026 · 12 min read

GoHighLevel costs an agency $97, $297 or $497 a month in October 2026, and the plan is only the start: phone, SMS, email and AI usage are billed separately from a prepaid wallet, and AI Employee is a per-client add-on. This guide totals it up from GoHighLevel's own pages. We build Evoriqa, a competitor, so here is how we keep comparisons honest.
The short answer
GoHighLevel sells three self-serve plans plus a custom Enterprise tier. Every figure below was read on GoHighLevel's own pricing page and help centre in October 2026, and GoHighLevel's AI pricing article tells readers to confirm current in-app pricing before quoting clients, so treat this as a snapshot rather than a quote.
| Plan (October 2026) | Monthly | Annual | What changes at this tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | Up to 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited sub-accounts, phone and email rebilling at cost |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, advanced API access |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Dedicated success and account managers, white-label mobile app, HIPAA |

All three self-serve plans start with a 14-day free trial, and the pricing page notes that billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel, and that telecom or third-party usage fees can apply during it.
The honest summary: a solo marketer with a handful of clients can run on $97 a month in October 2026. An agency that wants to resell GoHighLevel under its own brand, or bill clients for AI, is realistically on the $497 plan, because that is where the features that make resale profitable live.
What each plan actually gets you
Starter
The $97 plan (October 2026) is built for a small business or a solo marketer. It caps you at three sub-accounts, which are GoHighLevel's isolated workspaces for individual clients, while contacts and users are unlimited. It is the right plan if you are running your own marketing on GoHighLevel, or serving two or three clients, and have no plans to rebill anything. No phone or email rebilling is listed for this tier (October 2026), so usage you generate on a client's behalf is yours to absorb or invoice by hand.
Unlimited
The $297 plan (October 2026) removes the sub-account cap. For an agency managing a growing roster this is the practical starting point, and GoHighLevel labels it the most popular. The key addition is rebilling at cost: GoHighLevel's help centre says phone and email rebilling without markup is available from this tier up, so you can pass usage through to a client at exactly what GoHighLevel charged you. You can bill the client, but you cannot earn a margin on the usage itself.
Agency Pro
The $497 plan (October 2026) adds the features that turn the platform into a product. SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, and rebilling with markup all start here. GoHighLevel's help centre also states that rebilling AI Employee usage requires this plan. If your model is "buy GoHighLevel once, resell it many times at a margin", this is the tier the maths assumes.
Enterprise
GoHighLevel does not publish an Enterprise price in October 2026. The page lists a dedicated customer success manager and account manager, custom development, premium support, a white-label mobile app and HIPAA compliance. It is the tier for large agencies and is sold through a sales conversation.
SaaS Mode: what it costs and what it does
SaaS Mode lets an agency package GoHighLevel's CRM, funnels, automation and scheduling into plans, put its own brand on them and sell them as its own software. On GoHighLevel's pricing page it sits on the $497-a-month Agency Pro plan (October 2026), and there is no separate SaaS Mode fee listed on that page.
Two details are worth knowing before you build a business on it. First, billing runs through a payment processor you connect. GoHighLevel's help centre says the original SaaS configuration works only with Stripe and is set up at agency level, while the newer SaaS V2 supports Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net and Square, configured per sub-account (October 2026). Second, usage is still charged to you first. The help centre describes SaaS rebilling as GoHighLevel charging your agency wallet, then charging the sub-account your marked-up price, with the margin set in sub-account settings or the SaaS Configurator.
In other words, SaaS Mode is a way to resell the platform, not a way to avoid its usage costs. Your margin is whatever you charge minus the plan and the wallet draw. We cover how it compares with building an AI-support product of your own in our GoHighLevel SaaS Mode alternative.
The add-ons that change the total
Several things people assume are "in the plan" are separate line items. These are the per-month prices GoHighLevel lists in October 2026:
- AI Employee Growth: $50 per sub-account
- AI Employee Unlimited: $97 per sub-account
- White-label mobile app: $497 for the account (included with Enterprise)
- Branded client portal app: $49 per sub-account
- WhatsApp integration: $10 per sub-account
- SEO add-on, powered by Search Atlas: $79 per sub-account
- Online listings management: $30 per sub-account
- Dedicated email IP: $59 per IP
- Premium support: $500 per account
- HIPAA compliance: $297 per account
The pattern to notice in these October 2026 listings is "per sub-account". An add-on that looks cheap at $50 or $97 a month is multiplied by every client you enable it for, which is why the worked example below is larger than the plan price suggests.
What AI costs on GoHighLevel
This is the part most agencies selling AI support care about, and GoHighLevel's help centre (updated 20 October 2026) is specific about it.
There are two ways to pay. The first is a subscription per enabled client location: AI Employee Growth at $50 a month includes 1,000 Conversation AI responses and 100 Voice AI minutes a month (October 2026), with overage billed at pay-per-use rates. AI Employee Unlimited at $97 a month makes Conversation AI and Voice AI unlimited, subject to fair use. GoHighLevel's help centre adds that it "may throttle, limit, require service upgrades, or terminate access" for excessive use, so "unlimited" is a fair-use term rather than a contractual ceiling.
The second is pay-per-use with no subscription. Voice AI is billed as three parts: a voice engine charge of $0.045 per minute (from May 2026), a text-to-speech charge that depends on the voice you pick (for example $0.015 per minute for OpenAI or Cartesia, $0.035 for ElevenLabs V2.5, and $0.170 for ElevenLabs V3 in October 2026), and the language-model token cost. Conversation AI is billed on tokens only, at the selected model's rate; GPT-5 is listed at $1.25 per million input tokens and $10.00 per million output tokens (October 2026).
Phone charges are separate from all of this. The help centre says plainly that phone-system charges apply to every call regardless of plan, even when Voice AI inbound is covered by AI Employee Unlimited. So a "free" unlimited voice agent still has a per-minute telephone meter running underneath it.
If you want to resell AI at a fixed price, GoHighLevel's fixed-rate rebilling lets you charge sub-accounts a set price per unit, such as $0.50 per Conversation AI message or $0.10 per Voice AI minute, but those are the help article's examples, not GoHighLevel prices (October 2026). GoHighLevel still bills you for actual token use, so your margin depends on the rate you pick.
Phone, SMS and email: the usage meter
On top of the plan, communication runs through LC Phone and LC Email, paid from an agency wallet that GoHighLevel tops up from your card. The help centre says the charge is based on what is actually used rather than a fixed monthly package. These are the US and Canada rates published in October 2026:
| Usage (October 2026) | Rate |
|---|---|
| Local phone number | $1.15 per month |
| Toll-free number | $2.15 per month |
| SMS segment, in or out | $0.00747 |
| Outbound call | $0.0166 per minute |
| Inbound call | $0.01165 per minute |
| Inbound to a US forwarding number | $0.02 per minute |
| $0.675 per 1,000 | |
| Email validation | $2.50 per 1,000 |
Two notes. SMS to US numbers also carries carrier pass-through fees that GoHighLevel lists by carrier, from $0.0025 to $0.0100 per message depending on carrier and direction (October 2026), and US A2P 10DLC registration has a one-time fee of $22.50 for a sole proprietor plus a monthly campaign fee (October 2026). And a GoHighLevel changelog notice moved some international voice rates on 13 October 2026; it lists no US or Canada routes.
Individually these are tiny numbers, which is the point. Per-segment and per-minute rates are fine until a client runs a campaign or a busy call month, and the wallet is where a surprise lands. Because the agency pays first, unmonitored usage on one sub-account becomes your cost.
A worked example: ten clients, AI on all of them
Take an agency on the $497 plan with ten clients, each running an AI voice and chat agent. Using only the published prices (October 2026):
- 1Platform: Agency Pro at $497 a month.
- 2AI Employee Unlimited on ten locations: 10 × $97 = $970 a month. With Growth instead, 10 × $50 = $500.
- 3That is $1,467 a month with Unlimited, or $997 with Growth, before any usage.
- 4Usage, one route or the other. On AI Employee Unlimited only the telephone meter runs: 500 inbound minutes a month at $0.01165 is about $5.80 per client. On pay-per-use instead, with no AI Employee subscription, the same 500 minutes costs about $36 in voice engine, text-to-speech and inbound telephony ($0.045 + $0.015 + $0.01165 per minute), before language-model tokens.
None of this is a criticism. At October 2026 prices, $1,467 a month for ten clients is $146.70 per client for a full CRM, funnel builder, scheduler and AI layer, which is competitive if you use all of it. It is a lot if what you actually sell is AI support, because you are paying for a suite to resell one feature. The agency margin calculator is built for exactly this subtraction.
Who GoHighLevel suits
GoHighLevel is a strong choice when breadth is the product. If you sell websites, funnels, lead follow-up and reputation management to local businesses and want one login for all of it, the suite is hard to match at $297 or $497 a month (October 2026), and your clients get one branded platform instead of six tools. It is also the pragmatic choice if your agency already runs on it: switching costs are real, and our GoHighLevel alternatives essay says so directly.
It fits less well when the thing you resell is AI support specifically. You pay a per-client AI subscription on top of the platform, phone usage is metered regardless of plan, and its AI usage limits are an optional monthly dollar cap per sub-account (up to $1,000), off by default, billed from your agency wallet rather than drawn from a shared pool of included credits (October 2026).
A note on reviews: this guide reports published prices, not user satisfaction. We do not quote a review score for GoHighLevel because we have no first-party basis for one.
Where Evoriqa fits for agencies selling AI support
Evoriqa is not a CRM and does not try to be one: no funnels, no pipelines, no email campaigns. It does one job, an AI support agent that answers from each client's own content, and it is built so an agency can resell it. If you keep GoHighLevel for the marketing suite, the two sit side by side; the GoHighLevel integration is a single paste into a client site.
The commercial model is the difference. Evoriqa's reseller plans (October 2026) start at $79 a month for five client workspaces. Growth is $249 for 30 and Pro $499 for 70, and higher plans exist. Each carries a pooled AI credit allowance. Every client workspace gets its own monthly spend cap, so one busy account stops drawing instead of draining the pool, and you bill clients on your own Stripe account at prices you set. The full tier list is on the pricing page, and the whole programme is described on Evoriqa for agencies.
Voice is on every plan. Evoriqa's Free plan carries 10 voice minutes and the paid plans on the pricing page (October 2026) are $29, $99 and $399 a month for roughly 120, 520 and 2,100 voice minutes, drawn from the same credit pool as chat at about 2,500 credits per voice minute. There is no separate voice subscription and no per-client AI add-on.
What we will not claim: the phone line is yours. Customers connect their own Telnyx or Infobip number, so telephone carrier charges are billed by the carrier, not by Evoriqa, and there is no outbound calling. A phone line answers in one configured language, while chat, WhatsApp and SMS detect the customer's language automatically. We do not hold SOC 2, do not support HIPAA, and offer the REST API on request rather than by default. If a client needs any of those, GoHighLevel's Enterprise tier or another vendor is the better answer.

How much is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?

Is GoHighLevel white label?
You can brand the platform under your own domain and, on the Agency Pro plan, resell it through SaaS Mode. The white-label mobile app is separate: included with Enterprise or sold as a $497-a-month add-on in October 2026.
Does GoHighLevel charge for phone calls and SMS?
Yes. Calls and SMS use LC Phone and are billed per use from the agency wallet. In October 2026 the published US and Canada rates are $0.01165 per inbound minute, $0.0166 per outbound minute and $0.00747 per SMS segment, plus carrier fees on SMS.
Is GoHighLevel's AI Employee really unlimited?
AI Employee Unlimited at $97 per sub-account per month (October 2026) makes Conversation AI and Voice AI unlimited subject to fair use, and GoHighLevel reserves the right to throttle or limit excessive use. Phone-system charges still apply to every call.
What is a cheaper way to resell AI support to clients?
If AI support is the only thing you sell, a platform built for it can cost less than a full CRM suite. Evoriqa's reseller plans (October 2026) start at $79 a month with a spend cap per client. If you also need funnels and campaigns, keeping GoHighLevel for those is a reasonable answer.
