Free FAQ generator and FAQ schema generator

Evoriqa’s free FAQ generator turns the facts you type, such as your hours, address, how to book and your returns policy, into a ready-to-publish FAQ for your business. Copy it as plain text, as HTML, or as FAQ schema (JSON-LD) markup. A question appears only when you give its answer, so nothing is invented, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

Kind of business

Fill in what you want your FAQs to say. A question appears only when you give its answer, and nothing is added that you did not type.

How to add FAQ schema to your site

Four steps, then a note for four popular site builders.

Set expectations first. Google limited FAQ rich results to well-known government and health sites in 2023 and no longer shows them in Search at all, so FAQ schema will not give you the expanded dropdown. It is still valid schema.org markup that may help search engines and AI answer engines understand what questions your page answers, and it costs one paste.

  1. 01

Put the FAQs on the page, where visitors can read them

Copy the HTML version, or paste the plain text into your own layout. Structured data should describe questions and answers that are visible on the same page, so add the FAQs first and the markup second.

  2. 02

Paste the JSON-LD script into the page

Search engines read JSON-LD in either the head or the body of the page, so use whichever your site lets you reach. Paste the whole script block as it is, once per page, and keep the questions and answers identical to the visible ones.

  3. 03

    Check it before you publish

Run the page through the Schema Markup Validator at validator.schema.org, which checks that the JSON-LD parses and is a valid FAQPage. Then re-read each answer as a customer would: the generator only repeats what you typed, so the facts are yours to confirm.

  4. 04

Update both when a fact changes

Hours, prices and policies drift. When one changes, change the visible FAQ and the markup together, so the page never says two things.

Where to paste it in your site builder

WordPress
On self-hosted WordPress, add a Custom HTML block on the page and paste the script into it, or use your theme's or an SEO plugin's setting for extra code in the head. On WordPress.com, script tags in a Custom HTML block may need a paid plan that allows plugins or custom code.
Wix
Add the script as custom code in your site settings, set to load on the page that holds the FAQs. Custom code may need a paid plan.
Squarespace
Open the page's settings, go to Advanced and paste the script into Page Header Code Injection. Code injection may need a higher plan.
Webflow
In the page settings, paste the script into the Custom code box for the head of that page, then publish. Custom code may need a paid site plan.

Menu names change as these products update, so look for “custom code”, “code injection” or an HTML embed if yours differs.

An FAQ answers the questions you thought of. An agent answers the rest.

Evoriqa’s AI agent answers customers on your website chat, WhatsApp, SMS and phone line from your own content, with the sources it used, and hands over to your team when a person is needed. Email is human-first: it goes to your team. Start from the FAQs you just wrote.

Turn these FAQs into an AI agent

Frequently asked questions

What is FAQ schema?

FAQ schema is FAQPage structured data: a block of JSON-LD that lists the questions and answers on a page in a form machines read directly, using the schema.org vocabulary. It sits in a script tag and is invisible to visitors. The generator above writes it for you from the same FAQs.

Will FAQ schema get me a rich result in Google?

No. Google limited FAQ rich results to well-known government and health sites in 2023 and then stopped showing them in Search altogether in May 2026, so adding the markup will not produce the expanded dropdown on any site. The markup is still valid schema.org, and it may still help search engines and AI answer engines read what your page answers. Treat it as tidy structure, not as a ranking lever.

Is this an AI FAQ generator?

No, and that is deliberate. It is template-based: it turns the facts you type into questions and answers and adds nothing else, so it cannot invent an opening time, a price or a policy. An AI agent is the next step if you want customers to ask their own questions in their own words; Evoriqa's agent answers from your own content and shows its sources.

How many FAQs should a page have?

Enough to answer the questions customers actually ask, and no more. This generator writes one question for each detail you fill in, six or seven with the form complete. Add your own for anything specific to your business, and check the questions people ask you by phone, chat and email for ideas.

Is it safe to paste the JSON-LD into my site?

Yes. The output is plain JSON inside a script tag, with every less-than sign escaped so that text such as a closing script tag in your answers cannot break out of it. It contains only what you typed. Nothing is loaded from another site.

Does the tool save what I type?

No. The FAQs are written in your browser and nothing is sent or stored. Site analytics records only the kind of business and the format you chose when you copy, never your business name or any of the facts.

Or let an AI agent answer from your own content

Evoriqa answers your customers on chat, WhatsApp, SMS and the phone from your own content and hands over to your team when it should. Free to start, no credit card.
