Telegram lists t.me followed by a username as a public username link. It lists an optional text parameter for the draft message. A separate profile parameter opens the profile instead of the chat. This tool does not build that one.

What is a t.me link?
It is a web address that opens a Telegram chat with a username. Anyone who uses Telegram can tap it to start a chat with you.
How long can a Telegram username be?
Telegram's API pages give 5 to 32 characters. Letters, numbers and underscores are allowed. Dots and hyphens are not.
Does the message in the link send itself?
No. Telegram pre-enters it in the text bar, and the visitor decides whether to send. That is how the text parameter is described.
Does the same link work for a bot?
A bot username opens the bot's chat the same way. Telegram also documents a start parameter for bots, which this tool does not build.
Can I link to a group or a channel?
Only if it has a public username. Private invite links use a different format that this tool does not make.
Does Evoriqa connect to Telegram?

Do you keep the greeting I put in the link?
